Bankai Description: This bankai can shock the opponent by just simply shooting out lightning from his palm. It's not kido attack. It's just an attack that makes him do when he's in his bankai. He gains wings also that has blue feathers, however this is not brought out if unnecessary. The wings may enable him to fly only, nothing special about it. He also gains mask that looks like the head of a blue wolf. The mask can make him zoom 2-50x larger. His zanpakuto in bankai can slice lightning kido attacks and has the same ability as the shikai of it, however stronger and can be used without enhancing it with natural lightning boltages.

Shouldn't wing slower you more than speed up?
I also think they won't approve this as it is right now. With your wing effect, your stats are increased by 85, which is more than 3rd seat or even Vice-Captain has at all. In total it's 155.

With the flying, like Yousei said, its +85 total. Not allowed. Flying or not, +20 points total. If you want flying bonuses you will need to incorporate a massive downside. Otherwise the wings are fine, just no bonus.
