The leader of Hakumei, me, will probably end up crossing roads with other leaders, such as Captain Commander, Vaizard Leader, etc. A Captain is an underling to the Captain Commander, so why shouldn't the leader of Hakumei be able to be on par with an underling?

There is a limit. From strongest to weakest:
1 Leader
1 Apprentice
2 Soilders
2 Underlings. {Although we probably don't really accept any of these}

Each pair of sunglasses has a different color, that's orientated with your ability. Mine is blue tinted, Dante's tan tinted, Aoiharu's red tinted, and your's gray tinted.
