Hatter always wears a black hat and his green shirt over a snazzy black outfit. He looks like a magician but he loves his look. He has tears tattoed to his face so he doesnt have to cry for people he kills. He has a bunch of buckles and latch-like things all over his outfit.

Personality: He acts crazy and weird. People look at him and wonder if he's retarded. He likes to scare his enemies with his mind. He acts funny so people wont think he's a threat and he's actually very smart.

Zanpakuto Description: It is very small and fast and sharp so it hacks and cuts at things. He can throw him at the target very fast. He also has a chain attached to the end so he swings it around fast.

Released Zanpakuto Description: It can gather water and shoot it as projectiles at the enemy. It can also wrap the water around it to make a whip or a large shield. It also can make a large snake out of the tip of it.(similar to Hyorinmaru)He is stronger if he is near a body of water. He can pretty much dip his sword in and take a huge ball of water and shoot it at a high speed at the target. The blade can also break off of the handle and turn into water and chase or shoot at the target, then when it gets close it turns back into a blade to stab them. Then it turns back into water and comes back to the handle.

History: He lived with his mother before he moved out. His father left when he was 4. He learned all his Quincy powers by 21. He met the love of his life when he was 22. She drowned in a river though and he couldnt revive her. He never remembers anything anymore or at least he tries not to. His mother moved to a different village to try to get over his father but he didnt go with her. He now lives in a forest between two villages. He vowed to never fall in love again.

School Arc.

He had good grades in school and never got bullied because he was too fast. He had a good relationship with the teachers and students. He usually minding his own buisness going to and from school and even in school. He hated being watched all the time. That's why he didnt get in trouble, that would give people another reason to stare at him mindlessly.

RP Sample: Hatter walked through the village placing his eyes on everything that passed. He saw shops,kids,doors,women, and lots more. He was getting tired by now though so he was heading home. He looked at a drunk chubby man leaning over gagging what seemed to be a mixture of beer and noodles. Hatter looked away quickly before he too vomited. A woman looked at him and stared at him for the longest time and he had no idea why. Then he remembered why everyone stared at him. Because of the way he dressed. He sighed as he paced further down the street now looking at his beat up shoes. He hated how noone was like him. He loved being different but wished there was just one person in the world like him. He was now in the forest that was on the outskirts of town and stretched all the way to the next village. He hopped on logs here and there and even climbed some trees, but not for too long because he was too tired. He finally made it to his blue ragged shack he called home. He opened the door and slid out of his boots before laying on the couch. He drifted off while he thought about that girl.(Sorry it was better but I accidentally erased it and had to start over)

Well, your history needs way more detail.

History must be longer. Personality must be longer. Your Technique "2000 Piercing Arrows" needs some casting time. How long does it take to use it? Or phrased, How long does it take to charge it?

You don't need to have the charging time, but just an advice.

Can I just redo this character. I decided I want a shinigami because Quincys and their powers confuse me. Or could someone explain them a little. Nevermind. I want to remake him into a shinigami. Is that ok? I'll just redo this one and not make another thread.

If this is really your history, unapproved.

You are a rouge shinigami. Therefore you need a birth arc, life arc, death arc, shinigami academy arc, and then an arc where you go rouge.

I thought the rules said that if you wanted to be a shinigami now then you had to be a rogue. And if thats not true can substitute shinigami have bankai?
