Small Summary: Arthas wears a full suit of plate armor at all times.This armor blocks kido up to level 5, UNLESS in bankai state, upon which the strength of it improves. It also helps to mitigate the damage from blows, and almost eliminates glancing blows: attacks that would normally draw tiny cuts or small grazing wounds usually will be sufficiently blocked by the metal platings. Normally such a suit would way down a person, however, given that he has worn this armor all his life, Arthas has long since overcome the weight.

Would you care to explain what level of Kidou could penetrate the armor, or at least attempt to give a little more detail? Does the armor increase your stamina, decrease your speed? Something...

Alright. A weapon with no stat boost, and just blocks Kidou up to level 5; I see nothing wrong with it. Approved
