MMk. Well, since you went inactive, etc, you will be moved from 9th division (as its closed) to 5th division, and as the 5th seat. Therefore no Bankai, and you have 55 stat points.

i already have bankai. i made the 1000 characters and everything.

even so, due to the squad changing your bankai will be unavailable for the moment

for how long? i dont understand what my bankai has to do with my squad. please explain your intentions.

Along with the changing of your squad, your rank has been changed to 5th Seat. Just to possibly get Bankai, you have to be Lieutenant, maybe 3rd Seat. Please just do as he says.

i just wanted to know why. why cant i be a lieutenant though? in the 8th division. all of the divisions have 4 subornates except for 3rd, 1st and 8th. wouldn't it be more sufficient if you even out those odds?

Reiki, as it stands, the squads have been revamped, and 8th VC and third seat are being accounted for. We do not have enough people to open squad 9.

Squad 1 has four people, as does squad 3. Squad 8 is being filled. If you wish to talk 8th squad 4th seat, then fine, but the Bankai is still a no.

i understand, i just wanted to know the reasons behind it. btw, i was counting subornates. not the captains.
