Ryuu Zankishoto, New Kido [WIP]

Name: Static Disruption.

Type: Hadou

Spiritual Pressure: 101

Number: 100

Element: Lightning

Incantation: "Ye Lord, let thy wrath shine down upon thine enemies. Let the senses become confused, and show them the almighty power of thine and thy kingdom."

Description: This kido does as it name suggests. It forms a static disruption field, one that effects the opponents nerve system whenever they come within 25 meters of Ryuu. It causes, when in the field, the synpases in the nerves to become rearranged as follows:

Those are basic movements. Any movement that pertains to one of the basic is encompassed. (IE: If you want to thurst your right arm forward, you think that but move the corresponding body part. Same goes for raising your hand.)

Ryuu is unaffected by this due to his ability to use lightning, effectively making him able to easily readjust his own nervous system with a slight shock from his palm, effectively negating the Static distortion field.

However, this kido is not without drawbacks. Once the post length is up, Ryuu loses two stamina for however long the kido was active for.

The kido itself lasts up to 8 posts, but can be cancelled anytime in between. The normal cooldown length is 3 posts, however, if it is cancelled early, the cooldown length becomes the amount of time that was remaining, if it is under half. If it is greater then half, the cooldown becomes how long it was active.

So, if the kido ahd been active for 3 posts, it would have a 5 post cooldown.

If it was active for 5 posts, it would have a 5 post cooldown.

I don't see a thing that is ripped off from Naruto, and please refrain from posting here, other than permission from Koujetsu. As this is WiP, I would delete the trash posts if the requester thinks it's necessary.
