Name: Synyster Kenshou
Age: 200 (appears to be 20)
Gender: Male
Division: 2nd Division
Seat: 3rd Seat
Looks: He stands at a height of about 5'11 and a weight of about 180-200. He has black hair and red eyes. He wears the usual shinigami attire when he's in his Gigai form. He wears three bracelets around his right arm. One is red and two are black. They are rubbery and very flexible meaning he can use them for a lot of things.
He is right handed, but sometimes shifts his Zanpakuto from his right hand to his left to test his opponents' skill. He isn't ambidextrous, but sometimes seems like it when he fights. It's still easy to tell though because his left hand is weaker than his right hand and also slower. He is lean with an average muscular build. He has a red dragon tattoo on his right bicep and a black one on his left. His red tattoo has black eyes and the black one has red eyes.
He has sleek black hair which is very short. His hair doesn't even past his ears. It kind of sticks up, so it's safe to say that he has more of a bed head hair style. He smiles a lot and has more of a fluid posture. As in, he's not that stiff. Striking his opponents in quick fluid motions.
He keeps his Zanpakuto at his side resting on his right hip. So because he is right handed, it is easier to react to oncoming attacks
Personality: Syn hates arrogance. He thinks that arrogant people should just shut up because the sound of their voice makes him want to stab something. He thinks low of arrogant people because they only think of themselves. They don't consider others as opposed to themselves. That is why when someone calls him arrogant he takes that as an insult.
Aside from that though, Syn likes to have fun and hang out with his friends. He's very humorous and likes to joke around a lot. He goes to parties all the time. He's very calm when he wants to be, but if you get on his nerves he will explode with rage. And he's a real gentleman he has very good manners and doesn't like to see people sad.

(He doesn’t have much stamina, so instead of every post taking away 1 Stamina it takes away 2. As his stamina goes down his speed decreases by 2 also, but his strength decreases by 1 and his accuracy remains nevertheless perfect.)
Zanpakuto Information
Zanpakuto Name: Sanshou
Zanpakuto Looks: His sealed Zanpakuto is white with gold claw marks on it. Its sheath is silver with a black rose design on it.
Zanpakuto Description: It is a lightning styled katana. It is also weak to Earth styled Zanpakutos and others that don’t have good electrical conductivity. So it is very effective against Water and steel (Zanpakuto in their unreleased state or just Zanpakutos with steel in them).
Released Zanpakuto Description: If he says "Raikin!” lightning will shoot out of the blade and will be very fast if you want to counter it or dodge it.
His speed is also enhanced by his Shikai. His speed will shoot up from its max by 5 only going down by 1 instead of 2 now.
Also his shinigami clothes will turn into skater clothes.
He also has another ability with his Shikai if he says "Rip to shreds with the golden claws of the beast!" his sword will wrap around both hands taking the form of claws. This ability will greatly increase his hand speed and strength. Also when he has these to gauntlets he can make lightning strike down from above.
Limitations: These gauntlets greatly drain him of reiatsu, so he usually uses them in sticky situations. Also the lightning bolts strike down in a vertical pattern meaning that he can direct the lightning, but it can't move freely only in a vertical motion. This means that he has to be exact with this attack.
Zanpakuto Release Phrase: “Rip Sanshou!”
Released Zanpakuto Looks: When he says this, lightning forms around the edge of the blade making it able to cut through steel like butter.
Zanpakuto Spirit: His Zanpakuto spirit is a pearly white dragon with icy blue eyes when it's i its animal form. It is very large and fast. His Zanpakuto's spirit is very calm and stays calm even in sticky situations. There's not a lot of things that would get the beast mad, practically none.
His Zanpakuto's Spirit has golden claws that are very sharp. It breathes white lightning instead of fire. This packs so much destructive power that it can destroy one whole human city in one blow. Its scales are very smooth, but are very tough to break. This why it is the most feared in its world.
His Zanpakuto's spirit is a beautiful female with silver eyes and a very slim body. She's about 2 inches shorter than Syn. She is very pale and stronger than she looks. Her name is Sakura. She weighs about 130 pounds, but that's mostly her height. She wears the sort of Gothic style of clothing except that her clothes (shirts, pants, etc.) are all white which resembles Synyster in his Bankai form. This is Sakura in her human state. Sakura has 2 states her human state and her animal state. she usually goes into her animal state when Synyster uses his Bankai, but can actually do it any time she wants.
Zanpakuto Realm: Its inner world is a place with a lot of mountains and water. It storms there a lot. Its inner world is very rocky. These mountains are very steep also. They are rough and jagged because of the many battles that allowed Syn's Zanpakuto spirit to become the most feared of its world.
Bankai Information
Bankai Description: His Stamina will shoot up as well as his reiatsu. Also, the ground shakes when Syn uses his Bankai due to the fact that he materializes his Zanpakuto spirit which is a giant white dragon. A roar can also be heard when he uses Bankai to signify the awakening of his Zanpakuto spirit. This is just there, so i don't have to right it over again when i do get it.
Bankai Looks: Syn's Katana will transform into a long staff with a blade on each end and a chain connecting to one of the blades which he uses for attacks. One end has the power to manipulate and control the element of Water. The other end allows him to manipulate and control the element of Lightning. The chain is made of metal and is connected to the lighting side in order to catch his opponents in the chain and then electrocute them with his lighting style attacks.
Bankai Abilities: He can materialize his Zanpakuto spirit. His Zanpakuto spirit is a big white dragon which gives off the impression that it shoots out flames, but instead it shoots out lighting.
Alterations: His skater clothes turn into the usual Shinigami attire, but all white and it has rips in the back sort of like Ichigo's.
History and RP Sample
History: Syn had always lived in a wealthy family. His mom and dad were Shinigami, so they were out a lot. One day his mom and dad were sent on a top secret mission, but never returned. Syn was then taken in by his uncle, who was also a Shinigami, so he had a lot of Shinigami in his family. Syn asked his uncle to teach him the ways of the Shinigami, so he could eventually find the Hollow(s) that killed his mom and dad. He practiced all day everyday until he couldn't move an inch without pain. He finally found out who his parents' killers were and went berserk. He hunted the Hollows down and killed them all. He was then known to all hollow as "The Guillotine" because he was known to chop the heads off of the Hollows he killed. After his training with his uncle, Syn attended the local school where he lived. He had top marks in his class and was prodigy among the students. He had many friends and partied a lot. Syn was always the type to make a lot of friends. He always was having fun, but he never forgot about his parents and visited their graves frequently. After his uncle had been done teaching him he made no time in going to the academy as all he had wanted from his uncle was to avenge his mother and father. He was one of the smartest in his class and behaved excellently. He studied very hard, but Kido wasn’t the best of his style. Although he was semi-good give or take. He trained very hard, but never could quite keep up with the others when it came to running. Although he was in shape he just didn’t have the energy. It was when he graduated and was inducted into the 2nd squad when he finally found his true calling. He was an excellent swordsman no doubt about it. But when it came to hand to hand combat, it was hard to best him. He had done very well and was happy with just his Shikai when he sparred or fought hollow, but he wanted to be ready when the bigger and badder ones came. So he trained and trained more than he had even done to avenge his mother and father, more than he had ever done in his life. Until one day. He had been training very hard and wanted to stop. His body wanted to stop, but he just said f*** you and kept going. He finally achieved bankai and was ecstatic about it. He even threw a party for his new achievement. Him and his Zanpakuto spirit started to communicate even more and are now a tag team you don’t want to fight.
RP Sample: "Hey uncle look at what I just learned how to do!” Syn exclaimed with excitement.
"Ok let’s see", his uncle said while walking over to their training grounds.
"Watch this", Syn said. "Raikin!" he yelled as he made a swiping motion in the air. Then a jet of lightning shot out of his blade destroying one whole tree completely.
"Great Job!” his uncle exclaimed clapping him on the back, “next time see if you could put more power into it though because some enemies are very strong."
"Ok!” Syn said. Then he started working on his new ability right away. "One day I’m going to get stronger than you uncle if you don't train", Syn said with a smile.
"Let’s hope that day will come", his uncle said. "If you beat me in a sparring match I’ll treat you to ice cream"
"Get ready to start buying", Syn said smiling.
"Let’s see about that", his uncle said grabbing his own sword.
"I hope you know that I’ve gotten better since last time", Syn said. With that Syn readied himself and so did his uncle.
Syn flash stepped behind his uncle and took a swipe at his back.
Syn uncle whipped around with incredible speed and blocked it.
Syn then said, “let’s end this". "Rip Sanshou!" and his blade was then covered in lightning. With that he rushed at his uncle with incredible speed.
He took another swipe at him, but not at his uncle but at his sparring sword that was made out of wood.
His uncle tried to block it and his sword snapped.
Syn then held his sword to his uncle's neck and said, “Now what about that ice cream?"

for starters please remove the returns in you history that do not break said history into paragraphs. next this doesn't look like the template should so copy this into a notepad then copy the template provided here and plug what you have into it.
Last but not least this is very nondescriptive as you don't have any stamina drains, drawbacks, weaknesses, etc that i can spot in the little i have skimmed over and your history needs to be at least doubled if not tripled for a third seat

Does this mean that it does something in un-released state? If so, what exactly does it do? (You said lightning style Katana, that can imply a few things.)

Well, you're a third seat. You'll have to train with your captain a whole lot to get bankai, especially if you're third seat. So, strike it out for right now.

Okay... So, what you're saying is, you GREW UP in soul society? Were you never a human? Are you one of those, "Ichigo" shinigami, who stay down in Karakura town or something? If so, you aren't of any particular seating. This is enough history for a third seat, but it's confusing. Please fix.

Alright, this is weird. Do you mean to say that you have multiple zanpaktou spirits? one moment it's a dragon, then it's some beautiful chick? Explain into further detail what this is all about, please.

Does this mean that it does something in un-released state? If so, what exactly does it do?
No this is just the basic description of the zanpakuto itself. In other words what main type of attacks it deals with.
Okay... So, what you're saying is, you GREW UP in soul society? Were you never a human? Are you one of those, "Ichigo" shinigami, who stay down in Karakura town or something? If so, you aren't of any particular seating. This is enough history for a third seat, but it's confusing. Please fix.

Secondly, you need to take out bankai. And when you train enough to get it back in, then remember this...
One end has the power to manipulate and control the element of Water. The other end allows him to manipulate and control the element of Lightning. The chain is made of metal and is connected to the lighting side in order to catch his opponents in the chain and then electrocute them with his lighting style attacks.
THAT does not belong in Bankai Looks. That is a straight up ability, and it is hardly a minor one either. As some people's main abilities have to do with only manipulating water, or only manipulating lightning, you are manipulating both, and with a weapon, too. It's not like this is an insignifficant little ability that you can throw into "Bankai Looks". Also, what can your dragon do, exactly?
You just said that it materializes. And that it breath's thunder. How big is it? How much can it shoot lightning, infinity amount of times? Does it have a cooldown? How big is the lightning rod that it shoots? Can it shoot many at the same time? How fast is the lightning? Does it have any other techniques besides shooting out lightning? How do you destroy it? Can it be destroyed? Does it take up stamina points? How do you tell it what to do? Does it have anything to do with your staff, which oddly controls two elements?
I won't argue about the over-powerdness/unclearness of this, because you need to take it out for now, anyways.
Also, you need to fix the fact that you have multiple zanpaktou spirits, as I mentioned before. You also need to post your re-vamped stats for shikai, as I mentioned before. Were you paying attention, dude?
