hello everyone, guess ill be the new guy :)

hey there, im shinji 
im new to this site, though i have been RPing on other site's.
i figured id give this one a chance since i love bleach, RPing and the cite looks good.
i love rock music and japanese bands aswell, my favorite's are,
Japanese:
access
abingdon boys school
uverworld
two-mix
not japanese:
breaking benjamin
linkin park
incubus
sum41
metallica
that was about it, not much to know about me, so i guess ill be making a char now
im new to this site, though i have been RPing on other site's.

though i do have a question, if you feel like answering, the by all means, please do
1. is there a 7th division captain, if not can i aplly for it ?
2. if not, is the vice captain/luitenant rank still open ?
3. i am also up for any open shinigami captain spot, if there is one left that is
