Name: Veritas Wolfgang

Looks: Veritas has a very average joe look about him. He wears a white button up shirt and blacks long dress pants, complete with matching black dress shoes. He has wild brown hair that stop sticks out like a sea urchin. His eyes are blue and the pupil are similar to a snakes eyes. He has a nice physique, is 6'3 and weighs 215lbs.

Human Special Ability Information

Name: Imperial Fire (火災天皇)

Description: Veritas is able to create, control, and become fire as well a spiritual monks graduated student. He is able to use his flames and incorporate his spiritual energies so that he may provide exorcisms and battle evil spirits. With this in mind, Veritas is able to create fire-based spirit attacks. He is also able to avoid normal attacks by turning into fire and allowing the attack to pass through him, for 1 post then must wait 2 post (2 stamina drain) before it can be done again. Turning into fire also has the added effect of burning an opponent depending should the attack be closed range and such. Spiritual based attacks of any kind but fire do damage as normal. Also Veritas is able to incorporate his flame into his fighting (fire punch, or kick). However being intangible takes its toll on the individuals stamina, thus for every 2 stamina points Veritas is able to turn his body intangible, also all flame attacks take away 1 stamina point unless the description states otherwise.

Though the user is intangible fire they are weak against water based attacks which are able to put out fire, and magma which are able to absorb heat. In these cases Veritas will normal not use his element.

Techniques Infomation

Name: Kagerō (陽炎, Heat Haze)
Description: Veritas shoots a stream of fire from the palm of his hand. The stream is in the shape of the his hand and the exact same size of his and can only be fired from 1 hand at a time.

Name: Hiken (火拳, Fire Fist)
Description: Veritas turns his fist into flames and launches it as a column of fire at his target. If to close this technique is inescapable. The size of the column of fire is comparable to of a mini van in height and size. The attack cause moderate damage and leaves the opponent burned causing continuous damage, if hit from a distance. If the opponent takes a hit from point blank range, the damage is close to fatal and will suffer alot of damage due to the burns. If the opponent is stronger than a low ranking arrancar/shinigami this will do minimal damage or simple just push them away with no damage taken at all. This can only be done 1 time per topic and takes 3 stamina to do.


Name: Higan (火銃, Fire Gun):
Description: Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns, Veritas turns his fingertips into flames and shoots bullets made of fire at them. The damage is minimal so this attack is usually used distract or disorient the enemy.


Name: Shinka (Sacred Fire):
Description: Veritas launches two long lances made of fire at his opponent's chest. The lances have the combined effect of simultaneously burning an opponent while piercing their chest.

Name: Kyōkaen (鏡火炎, Mirror Blaze):
Description: Veritas releases a firewall to block off an incoming attack wether physical or spiritaul (if the opponents spiritual attack is weaker than Veritas). Any physical attack will cause the item or person to be severely burned making a opening for Veritas to take advantage of. 2 stamina reduction.


Name: Daienkai (大炎戒, Great Flame Commandment):
Description: Veritas summons great spiraling flames centered on his location before amassing it at a focused point (i.e. the palm of his hand) for a technique like Entei.


Name: Entei (炎帝, Flame Emperor):
Description: Veritas's ultimate technique. Veritas creates a gigantic fireball resembling the sun and hurls it at his opponent to try to obliterate them. Once this is used Veritas will be unable to use any fire based attacks for the next 3 posts. 10 stamina point reduction


Name: Fire Step (火災ステップ)
Description: This is ability allows Veritas to use fire to propel himself in different directions even if he is in the air. 1 stamina per time used in post

History and RP Sample

History:
Veritas is the only son of Veronica Wolfgang and Ron Wolfgang. His father Ron Wolfgang was a underground prize fighter who gained his fame and
fortune. His mother, on the other hand was the daughter of a powerful
crime syndicate , safe to say the both wanted the best for their son.
His father wanting him to be strong taught him how to fight, while his
mother wanting him to be wise taught him how to use his mind. As the
years past Veritas grew into a strong person, he himself had fought a
few times in the underground and had earned famed for himself. One day
his life changed, his grandfather had made a deal with a another group
which would cause him to lose his life and that of everyone in his
family. His mother was killed in a car explosion and his father was
killed in a fixed underground fight.

Veritas himself was
cornered after leaving from school late by a group of men," Are you
Veritas Wolfgang," they asked in a almost menacing tone. Veritas gave
his reply in the form of a him immediately striking down the closest
person. The leader of the group immediately pulled a fire arm and fired
it at Veritas striking his arm. Veritas doubled back and brought his
hand up to his arm. The leader smiled,"Nothing Personal Kid, just
business," he said as he fired another bullet. Veritas clenched his
teeth, he refused to die like this, his anger flared and suddenly his
body heat rose to dangerous levels. The bullet hit Veritas in the head
and he fell back to the ground. The leader grinned from ear to ear and
turned away, as he walked off the remain 2 guys with him almost
immediately burst into flames. "What the hell," he yelled as he turned
to see Veritas standing in front of him. Veritas showed no emotion as
he struck his hand into the neck of the man crushing his wind pipe.
With all the men dead Veritas looked at his own hands, he had no idea
what he did or how he did it. Something had changed in him and he could feel it, he closed his fist and a focused making the flames appear on
his hands. He needed a way to control this new found talent and no normal teacher would help.

Veritas stood in the corridor of a giant temple, his climb here had been a
very difficult one that almost claimed his life. Before stood a statue of
some man,"Anyone here," he yelled as his voiced echoed through the
temple. Then seemingly out of nowhere a small old man maybe about
5'6 in height appeared in front of him. "Ah so your the source of spiritual
power i sensed," he said without with a smile on his face. "Nice trick,"
Veritas said still a little astonished. "It was no trick, but years of practice,"
the old man responded. Veritas could hardly contain his excitement, the
rumors of a monk living up here was true indeed and not just a made up
story. Veritas bowed his head in respect,"I want to learn to control my
power please help me," he asked. "Sure," the monk said almost immediately.
Veritas looked up with a puzzled look on his face, "That was a rather fast
decision making process." The old man just smiled as he walked away,"I
knew what you wanted before you go there, and if i didn't ant you to
come here trust me you wouldn't have made it. Now come we have
much work to do." Veritas followed behind the old man, he wasn't sure
what was in store for him but he knew the results would be well worth the effort.
RP Sample: The day was hot as normal, Ragnarok sat against a tree, the wind
blowing his hair which irritated him. He puffed a bit of smoke in the
air from the cigarette in his mouth. Everything pissed him off in some
way or another so he was always angry. He moved his hair and turned so
that the wind wouldnt blow his hair in his face again. The sun beamed
down making him take off his black jacket and slung it over his
shoulder. He had to get to the next village soon to revamp his food and
water. It was a bit hard however being he was wanted as a missing
ninja. He really didnt care however whats a few more to the list of
dead people he already killed. He finished his cigarette and flicked it
into a nearby woods. He was a bit tired and some rest would do him some
good, but he had been on the run since his little fun trip into Suna.
He had killed the follower he had trailing him, he winced a bit at the
pain on his arm. That sneaky bastard caught him a bit off guard and got
a good hit off him. He got more angry now and he wanted kill something,
he stomped a nearby plant. That didnt make him feel any better at all
and he cussed under his breath.

He arrived at the location a
small little port town called, Sea Shore. " What a dumb ass name for a
town", he yelled as he entered. He saw a lot of kids playing and people
coming and going. Not wanting to be around these people anymore than he
had to,he got himself some food and made his way out again. He didnt
have a particular location to go to, but he couldnt resist the urge to
keep going in this direction. He assumed that if his body really wanted
to go that way there had to be something there of some significance. He
put on his jacket as the wind picked up again, he would find a nice
tree or something to sleep by and continue in the morning. The soon
left its foot prints across the sky and the moon slowly made its way to
cover them. He hoped he would be able to get a decent sleep, no telling
what tomorrow had in store for him.

No. You are an advanced Human. You will NOT be allowed to block any spiritual technique (as that is what your application says currently) along with if you have less spiritual pressure than your opponent, which is being worked on currently for the fights, your flames will not affect them anyways. Edit this with limits. If you have questions, look at other applications, or PM me.

If the opponent takes a hit from point blank range, the damage is close to fatal and will suffer alot of damage due to the burns. This can only be done 1 time per topic.

Again. Advanced Human. Unless it is a low level Arrancar/low ranking shinigami, you would not do near fatal damage to them. Even with the one time per topic limit, this technqiue is way to powerful for your rank.

I want limits and stamina drains (Yes, we have those now if you havent noticed) for every time you turn intangible. You will not be able to turn intangible whenever you want, nor stay in that state as long as you want, especially, again, as an Advanced Human.

Fire fist can do damage to arrancar/Shinigami, but it would be respective to their rank. Captains probably wouldnt take any damage, while Vice Captains may take minor amounts, Third seats mild burns, 4th moderate, etc.

I think you mean setting yourself on fire or a completely fire basedbeing, if so turning into fire is a WHOLE different story.

Also, you need to put down how long you can stay that way and also a cooldown.

Oh, right. GFC (Great flame Commandment) needs a high stamina drain. If its like Entai, which takes 10 stamina to use there, it requires a stamina drain > 1 stamina. Also, it needs a bit more description.

GFE and Entei go hand in hand, GFE is just a preparation it doesn't attack nor defend it just a set up for Entei. Thats why its such a high stamina rating i combined the two for 10. By themselves they are both 5.

Ahhhhh alright. That makes more sense. SO long as GFC is one post, Entei is the second post (ie. you cant charge and fire at the same time), then that should be good. Ill double check everything else when I get back home.
