    Prefered Mod: Kaji-Kanto, Koujetsu Hanagayu
    Additional Details: Rise of the benders involves humans with elemental controller abilities. these range from Fire to water and earth to air, The "Rise" here is these humans becoming a problem to soul society. When this arises several captains and vice captains will be dispatched to the human world to deal with the uprising.
