Kitano let out a big sigh along with a few extra panting sounds, he was trying so hard to practice his training. Down there in this particular training grounds was the only place that he was aloud to release his shikai and even use Bankai. Although he hadn't gotten to the point where he was going to start training with his bankai. He pretty much had mastered Bankai, however he really wanted to develope another body. Him in Bankai form was already extremely powerful, but for some reason he wanted more. He wanted to become stronger so he could protect those in need. He felt as if he was really noble for wanting to do that, but one of the true reasons he wanted to get more power is so he could take on stronger people, for there was always that feeling inside of him that had the need for battle, the thurst for it.

It was as if he needed a good fight, but he didn't really need to fight. That wasn't his duty, his strategies were more needed for Soul Society, rather than his power. However, he was lucky to have power and be extremely intellegent. He ran around, motioning his arms out in the air. There was a new thing that could simulate the power of an extremely strong hollow down in the secret training grounds. However you needed special permission to train with it, Kitano didn't therefore he only had one real chance to get the training that he wanted, the training that would work for him. He didn't want to do anything like that just yet, he wanted to develope more stamina and other things like that before he worked on his real bankai and other skills such as that. He really did want to get a new body, however it would take alot of training that he didn't have the time for as a captain. This was one of the only times that he really had off to train.

"Take Control, Dageki!" he yelled as the wind picked up and the pressure of the air began to get almost unbareable, Kitano made it so he was effected from its pressure. He could barley move and without much further timing, he fell down to his knees. He was in some serious pain, however he couldn't give up. "I need...to get stronger." he murmered to himself as he struggled to get up. Drops of sweat constantly hitting the ground as he panted for his life. He then took of at a pretty fast speed considering the position he was in, the pressure of the air made it extremely hard for him to move at all, so him moving at that speed was certainly impressive, even for himself to admit. If he had anything, it was heart. For he would not give up, he didn't know why he was forcing this of his body, but he knew that something was coming, something bad was coming for his friends and he needed to protect them.

There was a large hill made of rock that was infront of him, he was starting to get the hang of the pressure, however it still was extremely hard to move at his normal speed. Using his own zanpakutou against himself was actually a great training method for him. He did a back away so he could get some distance away from him and the hill. He stared straight at it with eyes of determination. Without anything further he began to dash straight for it and then jumped decently high in the air just enough to be right above it. He then picked up Dageki and slammed it against the large rocked hill, slicing the massive hill right into to. It flew apart it two different directions and pretty much all in pieces. He stood for a second, just staring it. A grin lit up on his face. He then began to fall slowly. He hit the ground and layed there, he was panting.

Training of the Very Best -[Invite Only]- Empty Re: Training of the Very Best -[Invite Only]-

Dios whistled a soft tune as he walked around the underground base. He was looking for the right space to start a little training. This was something he knew he had to do, he had to train so he could become stronger. There were threats out there not very many people knew about, threats he would have to vanquish. 'Haburi' He thought out loud, yet still barely audible. That was the man he would have to match, and the only way he could do that was to learn his bankai. Yet, he still couldnt do that, he wasnt ready to even start training for bankai. According to Kansen, he wasnt ready physically or mentally for what it involved. He figured this would be so, Kansen was more connected to Hijo than him, and he would have to change that. Even though he was in control of the hollow powers, Hijo was still stronger, and only after he was stronger than him would he be able to learn bankai. He figured he would start his training by making a few things harder for himself. He started spinning Kansen in his sheath around fast in circles. "What are you doing" he asked. "Agitating you" Dios replied, and Kansen was silent. His intention was to get Kansen agitated so that he would be involuntary, that way he would have to work harder to get him to cooperate.

Suddenly, the air pressure around him picked up greatly, and he was thrown to his knees because of the surprise it gave. "What the-?" he said aloud. He struggled to his knees with some difficulty only to be tripped back to the ground by Kansen. Dios made a face at this, but started getting up again, and Kansen didnt stir. He started walking again, and in a few minutes it looked as though the air pressure was having no effect on him. This was not true however, he was having trouble walking, but he dealt with this trouble so greatly that it looked as though it wasnt bothering him. Suddenly, he decided this was probably a good opportunity for some harsh training. He got into a stance, and put his hand on the blade of Kansen. "Corrupt them, Kansen" he whispered, and he could hear him replying "Ha, No" He had been hoping for this though, and it was perfect. This would train him in both mental and physical ability. He would have to focus his mind to FORCE Kansen to release, while dealing with the air pressure at the same time.

He closed his eyes, and started focusing. The second he tried to ignore the extreme pressure, it came back at him and sent him down to one knee. He slowly and shakily got up off the ground, and got back in his stance. He started focusing again, but paid a little of his attention to the pressure. He pushed for a few moments, and he could feel Kansen slowly releasing. The blade was slowly turning red, inch by inch, and Dios was running his left hand across the blade as if guiding it. He opened his eyes for just a second to see this, and then it was gone. He got annoyed at that point, and lost his concentration, and was send smack into the ground. He pulled himself up again, spitting sand out of his mouth, and got into position again. He placed his left hand at the tip of the blade, and started focusing again. As he got closer to releasing it, he could feel Kansen fighting back. He figured he was doing this for two reasons, 1. He was agitated and just wanted to be defective, which he had hoped for, and 2. He knew what Dios was trying to do, and was helping by fighting back. His hand was slowly making progress down the blade, and he got all the way down to the hilt. However, when he got to this point, he went further. Instead of just leaving it at standard release, he pushed it further past, increasing the velocity in which the corrupting essence was being emitted out of the blade. Now, it looked like a small river of red dust was flowing out of the top of the blade and covering the rest, and it was shaking. It was very unstable now. Now that he had done this, he was going to work at containing it. He started a reverse process, trying to seal Kansen back. He made good time, only messing up and falling to the floor once, but when he was almost done, he heard a crash.

Once the crash was heard, Kansen seemed to seal himself as Dios's attention was averted, and he narrowly missed taking another faceplant into the sand. When he looked, he saw a large rock hill splitting into two pieces. He whistled an impressed whistle, and figured he should probably see who had done this. He sheathed Kansen, and starting walking in the direction of the ruined hill. Of course, it was still hard to walk, but he was doing ok for the time being, seeing as the only thing he was doing was walking. He eventually reached the place, and the dust was just starting to become completely cleared. He saw a man lying on the ground grinning like a donkey. "Hey" Dios said to him cheerfully. He held down a hand to help him up, which he KNEW would be fairly hard, but pretended like he wasnt affected. "You the one who just sliced the rock?"

Kitano looked up for a second at the man who was approaching him, It was sort of a suprise considering the pressure in the air should have been enough to make the man fall to his knees. Kitano saw his white robe, and automatically knew who he was. He was the Captain of the Second Division. A Mysterious man. Kitano had theories on all of the other captains, including this man. He figured that this guy was pretty decent hearted, and was mainly loyal to Seiretei. He was one of the only other captains that Kitano actually trusted even though he didn't really know him, and why that was Kitano didn't know. The man started to get fairly close to him and Kitano noticed a hesitante struggle for a mere second. He knew that his pressure was effecting the man however the man was just that strong that he was simply able to hide that fact, not completely obviously.

When he was approached and heard the word Hey, he immediatly started paying more attention. He saw that the man had his hand out and Kitano figured that he was just trying to be nice and he was going to help Kitano up. Kitano didn't really need the extra help, but he took it anyway. He then unreleased Dageki and the pressure was instantly gone. He grinned a little bit, just merely for a second. With that kind of training his speed was increasing more and more each day which was a good thing, for he planned on becoming someone great in Soul Society. He wanted to be respected by everyone, even the people that lived in Rukongai. He knew that wouldn't be an easy task however he was always one that stuck up for the people that needed it and he was always breaking the rules for a greater good if needed. Which would soon get him into trouble, especially with Seireitei's long rule book.

When he stood up, he was releaved that the pressure was gone. It was extremely difficult to train like that however it payed off because Kitano was always stronger each time he trained that way. He further turned his attention towards the man's question. "It wasn't a big deal...Infact it was weak." He said and then shrugged. Kitano was originally going to take over the 3rd Division, and if he had he would have been working closly with the man that stood infront of him. However the captain-commander felt it best that he took over the 6th instead, either way he couldn't complain. He often wondered what the other captains think of him, considering he took over Kihaku's position whom was a well respected captain among all of them. He was also very well respected among the 6th division, which was why Kitano felt like there was resentment against him coming from his squad member.

He looked over at the man again with intent to actually have a conversation. He looked up at the sky for a second and didn't really say a word, he felt weird, like something bad was soon to happen. "I have some kind of bad feeling, whatever the case may be, you should be cautious Dios." he stated still looking up at the sky. The feeling made him in a sense jumpy, and for some reason he knew that Seireitei would soon be in form some real trouble. He also knew that only time would tell if he was just going crazy or they actually should be cautious of something. As he was looking up, rain began to come down and hit his face. "Rain....here? That doesn't make sense." He thought to himself.
