Personality: Akki is an odd person, one minute she is quite and agreeing with everything her captain tells her then next minute she's flipping out and acting crazy, Despite this she is a serious person when it comes to her duty as a Shinigami and Protecting those that she holds dear. Akki loves to sit and listen to others,while helping while she can she has a fairly laid back nature that is also kinda and caring.

Only three things can get Akki really riled up the main on being slacker who prefer to lay around and do nothing, the second is Hollows she hates them with a Vengence and seeks to destroy ever last one the final one and a minor on is she doesn't really like Vizards all that much she struggles to understand why any sensible Shinigami wants a corrupt power.

Zanpakuto Description: Unreleased Zetsumei is like any other Kitana it has no other abilities other than that of the abilities of the wielder

Released Zanpakuto Description: Once in Shinkai Zetsumei, changes form but doesnt seem to have any obvious abilities, to the untrained the Zetsumei has only changed shape but to the trained eye Zetsumei is surrounded by a thin black line this line is Razor sharp and allows Zetsumei to easily cut through most things. Zetsumei is also like a double edge sword, Because Zetsumei sees himself more of the master that the User he drains a little Soul energy from the user and alot if he is ever held by anyone other than Akki.

Bankai Description: When Bankai is released Zetsumei become fully Skeletal and unleashes its full power, During Bankai Zetsumei can whip up a cloud millions of broken bones that are razor sharp and can slice the enemy to peices, Akki can control the flow of bones as in how large the cloud is but she cannot control the direction for Zetsumei will decide that on his own, Meaning that if Zetsumei deems it so Ally's may be injured in the process which makes Akki less likely to use Bankai when fighting in a group.In Bankai Zetsumei drains alot more Soul energy than in Shinkai.

Alterations: When Bankai is Released Akki is only changes slightly a skull like helmet almost similar to a hollows mask will cover her head and a skeletal arm will sit atop her own arm. Apart from that all of Akki's clothes stay the same.

The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.

History:
Life Arc
Akki was born a normal little girl to normal Parents her father was a muscisan and her mother a doctor, Life was pretty simple for Akki until she started school, from an early age she was bullied at school and had no way to defend her self countless times she went home black and blue, bruised and beaten. Her parents knew what what going on but since Akki said it wasn't school the coudn't do anything about it. Everyday was the same for Akki go to school get beaten up for reasons beyond her knowledge, One day an old man saw what was happeneing and approached her and told her that he could help her defend herself.

Akki followed the old mans instructions and came across a delapitated Dojo, she opened the door to find a dusty old place looking as if it hadn't been used for years. The old man was there though and the first thing he did was knock her to the floor with a punch, she was then told she needs to learn self defense and he was going to teach her, Akki found this abit odd but when along with it.

Years passed and Akki had grown into a young woman and had been learning from the old man, the bullying had all but stopped and any one how tried was stopped as soon as they tried. On the day she was told it would be her final lesson she appeared at the dojo to find her sensai lying on the floor in a pool of blood. The next thing she felt was the warmth of her own blood flowing down her chest someone had stabbed her through the chest, she then blacked out. when she awoke she was staring at her own body, she knew right away that she was dead, her killer no where to be seen.

Akki Hung around her body for a while after her death hoping to know who had killed her alas she never saw them. Akki then knew she had to see her parents, when she got home it was dark and very late, her parents were distraught and worried sick. Akki cried out for them but they couldnt hear her, she cried and cried for two days straight and started to wander the town until she came across this strange person in a black Kimono with a sword they told her they were a Death God and that she would be sent to Soul Society. She had no idea what that was or where but she just went along with it anything would be better than hanging about with no one around.

Soul Society Arc
Akki found Soul society to be not to much different from the life she had before, she was yet again being bullied and this time it wasn't so easy to defend herself as the people bullying her were much much older by a couple of hundered years. Akki like in life took beating after beating after beating and she just couldn't take it anymore. she became upset and stayed out of everones way, in life she had been caring and kind but was beaten for no reason and now it was no different, when she first got to soul society she had made a few friends but they were quickly scared off by a group of people the tackled Akki and beat her up.

Akki spent a long time Hiding away, making sure when she did go out no-one saw her. One day after she was caught on a walk, she was beaten yet again, she was found by a young man who took her home to where he lived with his grandmother. After three days of pain Akki was able to move and the old women who had been like a mother to her while she rested told her of a place where she may learn to defend herself a place where they trained up Death Gods.
Akii thought back to the day she was sent to soul society the only memory that remained of that time the kind warm face of the death god that send her to this place, It was decided Akki was to become a death god.

It took a long time before Akki was able to enter the Academy in which they taught people the ways of the Shinigami, roughly 4 years before she got the courage to even try to join up, but when she did life changed and for the better, Akki was now happy where she was and made alot of friends, she made it through most of the classes with ease excelling in sword play and doing rather well with Kido also. Akki was on her way to becoming a Shinigami, she was so glad.
Days,months,years went by like the blink of an eye for her and she finally passed the Academy all she had to wait for now was to be put in one of the Divisions, that didnt take long a mear few days before she was placed in Division 8.

Days In Division 8
Life was even better now than it was in the academy Akki was fitting in and had finally started to gain a good group of friends who she could trust, she couldn't remember the last time she had gone home black and blue. Akki trained hard she wanted to raise her way up become a seated member of her division and maybe one day captain.

One day during her regular training with her Zanpakuto, she heard something whispering in her ear, she spun around but nothing was there and the whispering stopped, so she carried on as normal, the whispering happened again and yet again Akki found nothing so she kept going and going but for some reason she was getting more and more tired until she finally collapsed.
On coming to Akki was no longer where she had been she was surrounded by Graves and mounds of bones, Akki quickly stood up and went for her Zanpakuto but it wasn't there, she was starting to Panic when a low hiss spoke in her ear "Akki Kunjou, Akki Kunjou i know who you are do you know who i am". Akki looked around but couldn't source the voice she was wandering round this odd world and getting nowhere until she came upon a huge throne made entirely from bone
"Ahh Finally Akki you have found me" Hissed the voice, there was a flash of light and before her floating a foot above the throne was a skull covered in Tribal markings. "Akki i know who you are do you know who i am", Akki just shook her head to scared to speak
"My name is Zetsumei and i have been with you since you became a Shinigami, the edged weapon you call a Zanpakuto is me, learn to harness this power and call upon me when you will, but know this i will not come because you command me but because i want to and i am the one in charge, you will give me some of you own energy in return for my power" The hissing voice had become a growling roar that turned into a cackle. Akki then awoke under a stary sky the name Zetsumei stuck in her head ,that horrid landscape forever burned into her mind.

After learning the true name of the Zanpakuto moving up the ranks was easy and before she knew it she was seated first within division 8,things could only get better, over this long period f time she had made a true friend who she thought she may have been falling in love with.
A Mission for division 8 had come in and she and her friend were picked to take care a few Hollows causing some problems in the real world. So off they set, there were two hollows in total and big ones at that. The battle was long and hard and after taking out one Hollows the other seemed to grow stronger and was hard to beat thats when her friend asked her to step back, her did something weird with his hand and looked back to her upon his face was a mask, a hollows mask.
Akki had heard rumors of these kind of Shinigami the ones that gain Hollow powers and can summon then using the mask. Rage filled Akki how could her best friend and the man she loved be to corrupt so not like the man she thought she knew. The Hollow was defeted with ease because of the mask, next time he looked at her, his face was normal but anger was the only thing on Akki's face she screamed at him and drew Zetsumei "H-how could you do this how" she screamed over and over, she told him that day to stay away from her never to come near her again. This incident would stick to her forever and make her relationships with any Vizard as she found out they were called later very hard.

Becoming Lieutenant of Division 8 and Unleashing the Bankai after another talk with Zetsumei
It had been a long time since everything had happened to Akki all was forgotten and her ex-friend no longer around her just vanished from Soul Society, but bad news was spreading around, Division 8's Lieutenant had been killed by a Hollow attack, rumors were also spreading that a new Lieutenant was soon to be picked, this rumor never reached Akki's ears however, but one day during training with other Division 8 members she was summoned to the Commander General, when she arrived all of the Captains where all there also, Akki stomach was doing backflips could they have found out about her friend and the fact she never said anything, was this her time to die.
As she walked forward the Commander General stood up, Akki was sure there was a slight grin on her face, Akki was begining to sweat "And now Akki Konjou,As you may or may not know your Lieutenant has been Killed by a hollow attack and you have been picked by your captain that you are to be promoted, to long have you been in first seat, and i have heard from a few whisper voices that you may have succeed in gaining Bankai, although these are all Rumors, from this moment you are now Offically Lieutenant off the 8th Division.

From that moment on things got tough, battles got harder, before it was Hollows now it was worse things that stirred up deep long forgotten memories, battles with Vizard.

Akki was out for a Hollow when she was attacked from behind it looked like a hollow at a glance but no it was none other than a Vizard, a fight ensued and a long grueling one at that, Blow after blow was struck both fighters seriously wounded
"Akki i will make you a deal more energy for the Ultimate power, the greatest power" A voice hissed in her head
Before she knew it beside her was the Skull, the floating Skull known as Zetsumei. Akki just nodded, she knew what to do next. "Bankai" was the last thing the Vizard heard until it was sliced to peices by a torrent of blisterring winds and among the wind small shards of deadly sharp bones.
Zetsumei had changed shape and looked like bone like sword/staff. Rumors were going around before that she had attained Bankai they were not true but they were now.

Akki is now a respected Lieutenant for Division 8 one day she hopes to become captain but until then she is happy where she is.

Zetsumei had been in Shinkai for a while now and it wasn't doing any damage she had to bring it to the next level "Bankai" she shouted, there was a large vortex of wind that kicked up dust, when it cleared Akki stood with a staff like sword and a huge cloud of wind and bone swirling behind her "Graveyard storm Zetsumei" The cloud swept toward the Menos starting to swirl into a tornado, the tornado engulfed the Menos, a great scream could be heard as the Tornado ebbed and hung behind Akki once again. "And stay out" she said randomly beaming to herself.
