um i still a little bit new here but if i want to make a topic of my own like to rp in the rpg areas do i just do it or do i talk to a mod?.... im so confused..

you just make a Topic you wish to RP about. Say you want training with a Captain you make it Training with (captains name) and if u want it to be only you two and no one else just make it (Your name and Captain's Name Only)
