Master Swordsmanship Specialist: As a Third Seat, Seigen is able to use Shikai and possibly bankai.
Flash Step Master: As for having his Shikai, he is able to use the speed of light. Shadow to shadow in a blink of an eye.

High Spiritual Pressure: As a Third seat, he is able to manipulate his spiritual pressure. Increasing it, or either decreasing it.(Pressurizing)
