Kaji vs Slade [As per your request]

Crrack goes the thunder as the rain came down in torrents. The soaked grassy terrain was just horrible as the constant rainfall had made it more or less a lake or a pond as the constant rainfall had collected. It was a bad place to get caught empty-handed in but it would only lead to a struggle that would hurt both sides more. However as the last scource of light was dwindling away behind the clouds it was growing steadily dark and the only thing coming to save from the darkness was the steady clashes of Lightning across the sky.

A man jerked out of the water gasping for breath. He panted slowly and wondered what the crud had happened. Last thing he knew he went to sleep with the sun high in the sky. Now he was covered from head to toe soaking wet in rain water. He slowly arrised to look down his clothes grasping his skin. He let himself shiver and shake as he walked out of the knee-high lake.

The man stood there yawning as he continued to shake himself off. He sneezed slowly and then insantly fell face first into the grass laughing like a madman. His right eye was open as he looked around and in his mind he felt surronded even though nothing was there. His breathing grew harsh and deep as he looked around waiting for something to happen.

Soon his mind returned and he brought himself back to a normallity. He pushed himself up from the wet grass as the rain continued to hit him. He brought his hand up to his chest and grasped his beating heart urging it to slow down. Lightning and thunder cracked at periodical intervenes each one more powerful than the last.

Slade wished he could have felt the rain dripping on him, but he couldnt. The suit made of elastic and metal that covered his body and was electronically attached to him internally would not allow rain nor wind to penetrate. However it could not with hold his eyes. The balls moved about in their sockets, taking in everything around him from the lake to the various trees, searching, ever searching for danger, or some one who just deserved judgement. Either would do him good, for either would hold a battle, and he was born to fight. He had died to fight. With in him was fight. He was struggle in all its entirety, and he reveled in it and transfered it into a productive light, as had always been his nature.

HIs eyes traversed once again over to the lake and saw something move. Slade instantly stopped walking and turned toward the action and realized there was a person getting off their stomach from the mud. How had he not seen this? Granted the man was still some thirty meters away, but still, this was just poor on his part. It could not be helped though, so he shook his head lightly and began to advance on the man. Men who walked alone always caught his interest, for there was always a reason to be secluded, if even for a moment. Something required him to be by himself right now, and he wanted to know just what it was.

Slade walked up to him in normal fashion and noticed the way he stayed there on his hands and knees, clutching to his heart for dear life as though there was something wrong. Was he sickly? How could he be, Slade could feel the power raining from him. There was a definite aura about him, and the feel of it, the look of the man, he appeared to be shinigami. He would have to be on his guard, as he was a hollow, though a very advanced one at that. The Shinigami did not care and would surely make an attempt on his life.

He would not let this happen. Slade reached around his shoulder and withdrew his solid steel bo staff and brought it in front of him, holding diagonally in front of him so that it also crossed his side and part of it pointed behind him at an angle. He began to focus his Reaitsu into his hand, though the shinigami could not see this and a red strand began to travel over the side of his arm the man could not see, reaching around and down his back and finally his leg, moving towards the ground quickly. He had already begun the first move, but the stranger would not be one to know that.
