Name Of Tech: Frosty Terrain
Tech Skill Level: Average
Small Summary: Basically, Techi places his hand on the ground and utilizes Frost’s ability to make the terrain around him complete ice. The ice spreads out in a 10 Kilometer distance. With the use of this, it’s much more difficult for his opponent’s to move while standing on this terrain, and it makes it much easier for Techi to move. The technique can be used twice a fight, it last three posts, and it has a two post delay.
Stats:
Techi: 5+ Speed
Opponents: 5- Speed
Note: Anyone with an Ice Attribute will easily be able to move around in this terrain.

Are you sure about "50" kilometers? I think it's too much, unless somebody states how large is Soul Society.

50km is really large, and probably will encompass.. atleast 1/2 or karakura town.

I highly suggest about 10 kilometers, seeming as 50 is too much even for a high-leveled human.
