Since I think Rogue's are kinda weak, I'll give a suggestion

Rogue Shinigami~ 70 points
Advanced Rogue Shinigami~ 75 points
Expert Rogue Shinigami~ 80
Co-Leader of Rogue Shinigami~ 90
Leader of Rogue Shinigami~95/100

Well, being rouge isn't an ordanization or even a race of any sort, it's a title that promotes that a Shinigami has left the Soul Society.

True, but maybe there can be a group of rouge's set to defeat the soul society or something like that =/ those who do not want to be part of it can just be a normal rogue

Tbh, I believe that a Rouge should have their former rank before leaving the Soul Society and get the points of that Rank or something like that.

Some Rogues are either former-captains, or former-lieutanent. It should be fine to give them the sites of those if they are, however not excessively... >.<

nyeh for now no more rogues will be made until the site restabilizes from the revamp
