Nero is white in the skin and have yellow eyes. The hair is brown and is going to every sides and is down to the neck in length. He is also using gloves which will increase his healing speed and they are black and white in color. He's wearing a shirt which is white and the pants is black and he is wearing a pair of shoes which is pink and white in color. And over all that, he is wearing the normal shinigami cloak.
Personality:
Nero is a guy which would love to help you if your having trouble, he's not evil or anywhere close to being it. He is the 4th Division to save peoples life, not taking them. When Nero isn't doing anything, he is taking walks around Serietei and relax, or training by himself where nobody can find him. He doesn't have any free time friends, he only talks to other captains and the 4th Division members, but they aren't his real friends. When he is in battle, he underestimates the opponent everytime, and is never serious. He wants to have a goal in his life, a goal that he can even die for. Nero is using strategy to win fights, and when he wins, he brags about it for a long time.

Zanpakuto Description: Nero knows the weak points in a body as a captain of the 4th Division and can cut or stab the opponents on the weak points to make some parts of the body unable to move for two seconds.
Released Zanpakuto Description: The sword transforms into a black handle sword and it's ability is to make body parts sleep by hiting the opponent's body parts. He can make any part of the body, even the brain, but the duration of the effect is thirty seconds. If he hits the leg of the opponent while running, he can't move the leg which was hit, before thirty seconds is over.

Bankai Information
Bankai Description: Parts of the sky is gathering around his Zanpakuto and the sword is starting to transform. The sword is getting silver color on the handle and it's ability is the same as his Shikai, it is to make body parts sleep. The sky is getting grey color and rain is coming down, which will make the opponent's body parts sleep. The rain is 70fts in radius around Nero. He can also control the rain to attack the opponent.

History and RP sample
History:
Nero was born in Serietei, where he's father and mom worked as shinigami's. His father wanted Nero to join the 11th squad, because there was where himself was. While his mom wanted him to join the 4th squad, to save lifes, instead of taking them. Both of them was ranked as the 16th Seat, and they both had a Zanpakuto. Neros favorite shinigami was his mom, and to make his dad happy, he said he maybe wanted to join the 11th squad.
When he became 109 years old, he joined the 4th squad, and because of that, his dad didn't want to talk to him anymore. He didn't join any missions, but he carried around medical equipment to others, running around the town. He was at the 20th seat for a year, and he liked himself there, he trained alot, but he never had a chance to show his skills. He had a Zanpakuto which he didn't know the name of, he trained mostly with his dad in swordskill, which his father thought would get him into the 11th Division. They trained for a long time, and now, Nero was 126 years old. And now, he got his first mission, which was with the Vice-Captain of the 4th Division and his mom.
The mission was to take care of some trouble at the gates between Rukongai and Serietei. When they arrived at the gates, the Vice-captain recognized the guys which created trouble. There was two hollows, and he told Nero to just watch, not get into a fight. As the Vice-captain and his mom fighted each hollow, Nero stood and watched the fight.
The fight started with the Vice-captain using his Shikai, and the shikai abilities was unknown for Nero, he didn't understand it, but it cut trough the mask of the hollow and killed it quick. His mom struggled with the fight, and fought much longer, and he stood just watching the fight. Now, the Vice-captain told me to go help her, show your skills. Nero rushed into the battle and aimed for the mask, but the hollow punched him away and down in the ground, but he standed up and healed a little damage in his shoulder. The fight between his mom and the hollow didn't stop, and Nero tried to hit him again. He aimed once again for the mask, and the hollow tried to punch him again. Nero dodged the attack while in the air, and the vice-captain thought it was good for a 20th seat shinigami. As he was some few feets away from the mask, he saw behind the hollow, six more of them. The Zanpakuto managed to hit the mask, but it didn't work, and his mom jumped up, cut him harder and the mask fell of.
The rest of the hollows came closer, but the Vice-captain ordered to stay behind him. He went Shikai again and cut the mask of the hollows with amazing speed and strength. After the defeat of the hollows, he said the dodging in the air was great, and said that he would ask the Captain to put him a rank or two higherr. They all smiled and more shinigami arrived to see if they had any wounds, but all of them was fine.
At the age of 159, he had trained harder with his dad, and trained some healing skills with his mom. His captain made him the 13th seat of the 4th Division after those years. And he was pass his mom in rank. Now, he started to win all the training fights with his dad, and while he was training with his Zanpakuto one day with his dad, he discovered Shikai.
He met the spirit of his sword and learned the name, the name was; "Nemutai Chikousou" and it means Sleepy Beast in english. But, he never used the shikai in battle, since he didn't want to show that he was better then his dad and mom. But it was hard not to do it, since he was way better with the shikai then without it. But eventually, on a mission, the Vice-captain of the 7th Division discovered the shikai and told the 4th Divison Captain. His dad became angry and didn't like the tought that his son was much better then him, and that he joined the 4th Division.
The rank he achieved when he got the shikai was 3rd seat. He was only 174 years now, and he was 3rd seat, while his dad and mom was much lower rank. The training with his dad ended and his dad took his own life because his son was much better and didn't want to train anymore. At the funeral, Nero didn't even cry, neither his mom, nobody cried, since nobody came. The funeral did never happend, since nobody cared about him. The Captain died and the position for Captain was avaible, but only for the ones with Bankai.
In secret, Nero trained to achieve his Bankai, and at last, he met his spirit in the real world, and started to train with him. For seventy days, he trained with the spirit, the Vice-captain knew what he was doing, but didn't tell anyone. He told the mother of Nero that he was on a mission for a long time. The training was to fight and win over the spirit with only his hands, at the seventy day, he won the fight and gained Bankai.
Now, the Vice-captain told the captains of all the other Divisions and he gained the posistion of the 4th Division Captain. He have been a Captain since he was 192 years old, and now he is 247, so he have been a Captain for 55 years. After some years as a Captain, the Vice-captain died, and he is looking for a new one.
RP Sample:
The road was ahead of him, the long path in to town. Every step he took, more blood came out of his wound. The sky began to darken, actually not, it was only the vision of Aisuke that started to blur. "The town... It seems... so far away" he said with a low voice while holding on his wound. The town was only a fifty feets in front of him, but it felt like thousand. A man approached Aisuke and saw the wound; "Hey man, are you okey?" he asked even if he knew the answer. "Y-yes, I'm fine..." Aisuke answered and walked past him grabbing his shoulder to push himself forward. The man got a wierd face-expression while Aisuke answered him, and took the hand of Aisuke around his neck. "I'll help you!" he told Aisuke with a seroius voice that wouldn't stop him by saying; no. He accepted the offer and they went in to the town together.

Pretty nice, man. A few things could be better though:
•A more descriptive personality would be nice.
•As a Captain you can have more Kido. You don't have to though. Its just a suggestion.
Everything else looks good to me. Nice History and a original Ability. I really like it.
