Glove Manifestation when a quincy has the sanrei glove it give's 15 to quincy, that gives them more power its like their shiki
and glove removal is when the quincy takes off their glove giving them more power but at the cost of losing it after a while, that like their bankai

Yes I do know what it looks like but this is how she needs to be. Izanami is a Quadriplegic meaning that she cannot move her body from the neck down. Because of this, she has no physical strength or physical speed. That is where her Bount Doll comes into play. She is able to act through them but it takes 16 stamina points every one of my posts to be able to utilize their full strength. (Able to attack every turn.)
