Bankai?

Alright, so for Shinigami that are in the Soul Society I understand they must be at least an advance Lieutenant to have a Bankai. However I can't find anywhere that says the requirements for a Rogue Shinigami to have a Bankai, or a Vaizard for the matter. So could someone fill me in on this. I don't want to go through the hassle of making a Bankai just to find out that I cannot use it.

By definition a Rogue Shinigami is one who escaped the Soul Society. If you can do that, which isn't easy, then it's easily safe to assume you have bankai. Considering you'd need to be high rank to get past the other captains and etc. So for Rogue, more than likely yes. Some cases may exclude depending on character/member preference.

Vizard is in entirely different story. It depends when your character was made a Vizard or if they have one entirely. We will allow a good portion of the vizard to have bankai however not all will be given the ability to do so.

As a final note, be aware that the quality of your app determines these factors as well. If you have a poorly made app then your less likely to be given bankai at a certain rank and etc.

I have another question. For the appearances on the app. Do we supply a description along with the picture? I'm just curious.

Yes. You should have a description written. The picture is optional.

Another question for ya'll if you don't mind. Do you guys have a list of all the Kidos or do I need to go look them up somewhere else? Cause I've tried looking around here and I can't find one.

Kido creation ---> Cannon kido list. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
