Hollow Grouping

I think it would be a good idea to break the Hollow into their 3 groups:Menos, Aduchas, and Vasto Lorde. People who decide to be Hollows would be able to climb up the ranks by defeating Shinigami, Quincy, Bount, Special Humans, and other Hollow. How they make the actual transition from one to another....I'm still working that out . This is just a thought I had by the way.
