Limiters in Real World?

Do Lieutenants and Captains have limiters in the Real World, and if so, how do we activate the full power?

As in the anime, you do have a limit set on your power. And as to how to remove it, you can't. The limit is set for the purpose of peace within the Human World so unsetting it would be bad.

If there is a certain instance where you believe you should'nt have a limit, say a extreme cicrumstance, contact the Commander Captain and he will decided upon it or not.

Actually, they contacted the Seretei when if needed to deactivate the limit seal. Remember a few nights back on Bleach?
