Colour Blind / Psychological Test

Alright some of you may laugh ur a** off at this but its one of the most epic things I have used in a long time. I got over 40 pages + on another site for this and I think It needs to be done here. This is a Colour Blind / Psychological Test and I need you to tell me the number in each circle. Remember that there is a number in each circle and this is not rigged. Each circle has one meaning to it and I will post it once there is a decent amount of people who cannot see each number.
