Looks: Tei has black hair and has somewhat pale skin. He also has or wears a black outfit, he has tons of them. And always wears it. It is his favorite. He also has on a slim pair of shades on that are a lite shade of blue and has a piercing in his lip and one in his left ear. (all i can think of about the pic) He has or wears black pants or jeans and he has worn them for a while so they are loose on him. And has black shoes with purple laces.

Personality: Some people call Tei emo or goth, but he is not, he just likes the way he looks, he is treated differently though, without respect and other stuff. He gets picked on by the older shinigami that are in there twenties but are actually like 500, but anyway he is still older than them all, being the youngest physical form Captain Commander ever is a big impact on his life. Some say he needs special treatment, or therapy. He is in his older years but is still very powerful. He is also not picked on by Shigeki, one that he hopes to train in future times. And he hopes to bond with him, since he is about his own age in physical appearence. And now he Tei has changed his ways. He is still not goth or emo but he his a normal but not really normal in the real world but normal in the 13 divisions.

Zanpakuto Description: The ability to disguise or mask Tei's spiritual pressure to enemies, meaning he and the sword can make their spiritual energy high or low to an enemy or group. And he can make himself look like a challenge to a powerful being.

Released Zanpakuto Looks: When Tei's zanpaktou is released his Zanpaktou has a blue sheath on it with wings of some sort that are feather like. And it has a small hang over piece on the sheath also.

Zanpakuto Spirit: {Refer To the Zanpaktou Description.} Seishou is also like a demon he is a spirit though, he does not care for enemies, but will kill allies if pushed too.

Bankai Information

Bankai Description: Before Tei can use his bankai he needs to cool down for three posts this means he cannot use any kido or any techniques in this required time. When Tei goes into bankai he is like a spirit himself, he can teleport freely and once he teleports a ghostly mist or fog is left from where he had moved from. And in the state of teleporting as he disappears there is like a skull sight for a moment that you see. The more he teleports the more he will look like a spirit. but only holding a sword. All his stats then increase by 10 then. When he is in full bankai state if he teleports over an enemies body, that body is destroyed or turned into a spirit. This is a powerful bankai, and could kill Tei if he uses this special attack more than 2 times. He can only stay in bankai for 3 posts. Tei is also invulnerable to any weapon based attacks, but he can get hit by cero, kido, and such.

Alterations: He basically looks like a spirit. But can kill others instantly if teleports over their body.

History and RP Sample

History: Childhood Arc: When Tei was a child his parents and siblings were neglecting him. He was not sad at all, he hated his parents, and brothers and sisters. They all hated him too, his parents wished they never had the child in the first place, first of all he was lonely and no one in the entire school liked him one bit, they all called him emo and goth, he hated them most of all. So he then left home

He had been living on the streets for two years now and hadnt seen any of his family since, he was happier now, he had made some money too, he had a small job, catering at a resteraunt and being rude to the customers, he didnt care about them, all he cared about was the moo-lah he was getting paid for doing it. Now he had turned 12 it was his birthday. He had no family to celebrate though, so he went out to the store with his hard earned money and bought himself a PSP and got a game, called Naruto Clash of the Ninja 2. He had heard it was a pretty good game from the posters all over the town.

Now a year had passed the town had gotten more and more criminals in it over the few months. He had met some strange things over the year. He had been seeing these monster like creatures exploring the town of Karakura. They had these markings all over their bodies. He had no idea who or what they were. So one day he was walking in the park and one beast like one popped in his way, and slashed at him, luckily Tei jumped out of the way. Then a guy in black and white robes comes and kills it with a sword. The guy then stabs Tei with his sword in the stomach, but then the guy died,the guy had white hair and pale skin probably because of the fact the guy was going to die soon and he was colder than an ice cub, and he told Tei that he was now a Shingami.

Shinigami Arc: As Tei was a shinigami he was put in the 13 Gotei Divisions and was put in the division 1 being the best and strongest, since he was killed by the lieutinent of division 1. He had been dead for 4567 years now and had been promoted to lieutenent of the first division and he was happy. But the people here treated him like s*** too. But he was stronger than the ones that made fun of him, and they knew it to, because everytime they called him a name he stabbed them. And he laughed at them. One day one called him a really bad name so he decided to fight him. After the fight Tei had one blowing away half of the shinigami's body teaching him a lesson and hoping to have that one tell the others how much strength Tei had and hoped they fear him.

The captain of the first division had died recently and she granted Tei the position of having the commander captain spot. He had been Honored enough so much. Now all the divisions set up a ceremony for him and he was even happier. So now he had been Commander captain for over a month now and he liked it. So now he had just been relaxing in his office, and every once in awhile he had to go out and fight or something like that. But it was all good. Now lets see what the future has in store for him. Now that he is settled in he has had some issues with some of the shinigamis in the divisions but is too lazy to attend to it appropriately so he just ignores them and now that he is older by a year and a half he is less likely to get picked on, he hopes that at least.

RP Sample: "Espada, hmm.... I really cant explain it very well since I dont know much about them. I never study or anything in that or around that subject." He said. Then Imiaku walked back around to the front of the kid. Imiaku's Red hair flowed in the air as much as the kids. There hair was about the same length as each other. "So will you answer my question now" he asked nicely, he had decided if he were a human or even a shinigami he would like to be this kids friend. He seemed nice. Imiaku finally saw the kids Zanpaktou it was a shiny sword. So with slow hesitation a sharp maybe eight inch bone started to appear out of Imiaku's elbow, then it had pierced through his shirt. "Now I need to buy a new torso piece" he said to himself. He then walked closer to the kid. "So how 'bout this I dont hurt you and you dont hurt me. As long as you have your Zanpaktou out I will keep this bone out of my elbow. And if you move your Zanpaktou my other bone with come out of my other elbow OK, and you have not felt my full spiritual pressure yet. So you dont underestimate me either." he said softy "I am not the guy to mess with I am the kind to get along with, but I dont think we can due to you being a Soul Reaper and me being an Espada. I have no problem with getting along with you OK.

The clouds started to move faster now that it was getting later and later each minute and now the moon had shown, it had been a full moon. Very bright and shiny. "I would like it IF we could be friends, but we cant. You would be like the son I would have had if I had not died, and my wife got married to someone else. "I wish, and that is all I can do" he then dug into his back pocket and grabbed his wallet, that he had had for many years now, and he has been going to his wifes house everyday, to see her with her new husband, and her son looking exactly like this kid. He reminds me so much of my son, that I would have if I had not have died. But he has red hair like me and not silver like this kid.

The trees began to rustle around as the wind picked up, in only a couple of minutes and now he had been able to retract the elbow blade since he had not been in any harm now. He was very nice to him, by his point of view, since it is the only view he can see through. Imiaku was thinking hard and long in the past few seconds waiting for a response about if he should hire a Hollow to turn his son into a Espada just like him, but not a very strong one, though Imiaku would protect his life for his own. He would die for his son. He stood there with his hands in his pockets. He then noticed his shoe was untied and bent down to tie it, he took his time waiting for a response, although he could tie his shoe in a matter of seconds. As he was bent down he was also listening to see what his response is.

It is good but I will need another Admins approval and I think tomorrow u should put a lot of more detail into it..

I think the history could be better, and the zanpaktou could definetely use more description, especially the bankai.

hang on... 20 stats to EVERYTHING for just being bankai state? please water that down a bit, that almost doubles your character, in addition to granting you extremely powerful abilities.
