Name: Careful Eye
Creator: A generally learned skill past a certain age
Technique Learners: Any high-level characters over the age of 2500 years.
Level: Master
Description: This is a passive ability, which allows an experienced fighter to adjust to a faster opponent, after observing their movements for a few posts. Grants + 10 accuracy against enemies with more than 40 speed, only becomes active after 2
posts of observing such speed.
History: As fighters get older, and through the test of many, many battles, they fight opponents of all sorts, those of great strength, those of great speed, those who won't stay down etc. Fighters who have survived all of these encounters are prepared to face such enemies again, through the trying hand of experience.

The amount of speed needed will go up at level... probably 5.
