After betraying the Soul Society, he had his new outfit. It was similar to the ones of the Arrancars or Espadas. He wore a long white dogi pants and a long sleeved white shirt that is slightly a big one that can barely show his hands. His zanpaktou stays inside the right sleeve of his arm. His hair is changed, and is slightly more longer that goes up to his shoulders.
Personality: Seigen is very intelligent and witty. He cares about everyone in the squad. If they're injured, he calls the relief squad as fast as possible. Seigen being in the advanced seat of his squad, however, he doesn't want to be called with honorable titles as "3rd Seat Seigen Suzunami!" or "Sir." He displays great discipline on his duties as a shinigami. Seigen doesn't like fighting with others, even though they're arrancars or hollows. He, if possible, avoids battles.

Zanpakuto Spirit: Its real look is however unknown, though when Seigen saw it, it was a rainbow-ish colored glow.

Bankai Description: Its name is "Shiden Kudozan" The zanpaktou itself changes and is able to shock and opponent when it either interacts with them. It is able to send out Lighting Bolts, along with Double of it. It also summons a wing that is powerfully enhanced with lightning that makes him able to fly around. Along, with a mask that is shaped as a head of a blue wolf, able to increase his speed by 10.
Bankai Looks: It is smaller than the normal shikai version of it. It is however lowly zagged and has a point on the tip and the hilt is shaped as a lightning bolt.

Release Looks: The zanpaktou changes completely the blade itself turns to lightning but the hilt part is still blue.

Description: It enables Seigen to change the weather into a bolting clouds, and can shoot lightnings at the opponent, however, this is only controlled by the weather, not Seigen, so it has a possibility to get hit.
Ability Three: San no Shiden (The Third Violent Lightning)
Description: It summons three wolves that are made with lightning itself. They are known to be companions of Seigen's Zanpaktou in the Realm. These wolves are are about the size of a regular male adult. They are powerful, though can get dispersed simply by interacting with a large boulder.

The sun bright as ever. The sunlight gashes through the window reflecting on a paperwork on Yoru's desk. Yoru looks outside the window slowly and smiled.
"It's a very nice day today..." she said nicely smiling with her eyes closed.
Yoru turns her head back to the desk and looks at the remaining paperworks she had to complete. Yoru sighed as she picked her pencil. She grabbed the pencil then stared at it as if it was annoying. She placed it between her mouth boringly thinking;
Why is there so many paperworks... Especially today.
Yoru sighed deeply once again then laid her hand on the pencil she placed. She cracks her neck and she was about to start doing her paperworks, her captain comes in.
"Any problems, sir?" she asked confused and curiously as she must know as a lieutanent.
The captain nodded only, without a word. Then, the captain sighed and walked outside the room slowly. Yoru confused about him, she kept thinking.
Nice day, but bad mood eh? she thought to herself then continued on her paperwork swiftly because she didn't want to do her works at the first.
A squad member flaststeps inside the office, the shinigami seems was in a heartbeat, and his body had sweat all over. The sweat dropped on the ground, little by litte. Shinigami then gulped his breath then spat out his words;
"Lieutanent Yoru!" he called with eager for her to answer.
"Please... come into the door..." Yoru said without knowing the eagerly shinigami's heartbeat, and his sweat.
"Oh, no... Hollows are outside! Please, we need your assistant!" he asked Yoru with alert and flashsteps away without hearing the answer from Yoru.
Yoru didn't speak a word. She got up slowly as her eyes got sharp, then walked to the door. Yoru grabbed the doorknob then opened it. She spots a shinigami running around which was occasionally her squad member.
"I know..." Yoru said as she knew the question that the shinigami will ask.
"Okay, what are you orders?" the shinigami asked with a smile as he intended a battle.
"Is the captain here?" she questioned the shinigami with the reason that she didn't want to give orders.
"No, he departed with the other captains to intend the captain meeting." the shinigami answered with an odd face thinking that Yoru is lazy.
"Ehh..." Yoru scratched the back of her hair then smiled as she nodded. "Okay, get much shinigami in the squad to fight the hollows as well." Yoru called out, then the shinigami ran. He was rookie, and didn't know how to flashstep.
Yoru turns her head around the opposite side where she were facing, then stepped one step forward with her left foot, then flashsteps to the battleground. Yoru lands on the battleground seeing many hollows from the sky. Yoru crossed her arms then smiled.
"Go..." she muttered. Many shinigamis appears from the back of Yoru's then dashes into the hollows.
Yoru then flashsteps again moving back of the hollows then pounds it with her leg on the head as hard as she can. Despite her strength isn't that powerful her speed is incredibly fast, that the hollows couldn't keep up with. The hollows were finished already, as Yoru looked at the sky rift where the hollows spawned.
"Not a problem." she said with good enthusiasm that she can beat any hollows with her strategy.

History:
The Birth of Seigen
Seigen was given birth by the honorable family who has became wealthy from their efforts of fighting for Soul Society. The Suzunami Family consisted of many members, but then it was war time era when Seigen has been given birth. He had a 5 year older sister, Konoka who has a red long hair, a pin yellow pin on the left side of her hair. Seigen and Konoka was taken to Rukongai to their grandmother. Their parents died from the hollow invasion. However, the Rukongai managed to be safe.
When Seigen was 5 and Konoka was 10, their grandmother told them that their mother and along with their father died. However, their efforts helped getting it injured and the other squads destroyed it. Seigen and Konoka still believed that their parents lives in their hearts... Forever...
Joining the Soul General Academy
Seigen joined the academy to protect the soul society as their mother and father did. However, Konoka, got used to doing houseworks for her grandmother, as so, she didn't join the academy. Seigen insisted her to come, but still didn't want to, and takes care of granny. Seigen struggled against Bakudo attacks, although, passed the exams, with good results. Seigen going through the academy to become a shinigami, though he still cared about his older sister, and will protect her within all times. Seigen was very talented on using lightning element, Hado attacks. Seigen's control on the kido attacks were persistantly great.
Hollow Invasion along House Invasion
Few months later another large hollow invasion occured. Konoka and their grandmother was safe, although Seigen bursted off and offered a help to the squads. It was against the rules, however he wanted to help as much as he can. Seigen used his zanpakuto and slashed many hollows. He didn't release his shikai at the moment. A large Menos Grande, and yet 2 more small hollows invaded their home. Seigen got his eyes twitched and flashstepped to their home and attempted to slash the 3 hollows, 2 weak one was killed. Though, the huge menos grande wasn't killed. It shot a cero at Seigen. Seigen thought to himself that it was the end of his life. Before his death, he looked at Konoka, and realized he had someone to protect. And then, something unusual happened.
"Beat it, Shiden!" he called out with great suspense of lightning around him.
The lightning gathered around his zanpakuto then Seigen hits the ground which blasts multiple thunder bolts at the opponent in line. It pushed off the cero in the middle and went through the menos grande, it died. Seigen then looked at his zanpakuto with suprised and knew it was the right partner for him.
Graduation
Few years and months passed as the hollow invasion was finished. The graduation had been ordered and Seigen graduated, along with his friends. Seigen was proud that he made it, and decided to take care of Konoka and his grandmother much better with more enthusiasm in it. Seigen made friends along his days in the academy and had to go for a congratulation party with his friends. Seigen drank and drank, and drank. However, he never gotten drunk, although he was sleep. He said a goodbye and a wave to his friends and went to his home to sleep. He went inside without any notification and laid on his bed.
Joining the Squad
Next day, his sleepiness worned out and walked outside as he wore his shinigami clothes. He waved a see-ya-later to Konoka and continued walking. It was his day of joining a squad. He somehow asked which squad he should join. It wasn't really that tough. He joined the 8th Squad. Seigen introduced himself to other squad members within the squad meeting. The captain rejoiced happily and the lieutanent sat down still smiling as well. The captain was proud that a member with a insane zanpakuto joined his squad. The Captain and the Lieutanent discussed about which seat they should put him. And they decided for the 3rd seat which was completely available because the former 3rd seat was killed by a Menos Grande.

Nice day, but bad mood eh? she thought to herself then continued on her paperwork swiftly because she didn't want to do her works at the first.
A squad member flaststeps inside the office, the shinigami seems was in a heartbeat, and his body had sweat all over. The sweat dropped on the ground, little by litte. Shinigami then gulped his breath then spat out his words;
"Lieutanent Yoru!" he called with eager for her to answer.
"Please... come into the door..." Yoru said without knowing the eagerly shinigami's heartbeat, and his sweat.
"Oh, no... Hollows are outside! Please, we need your assistant!" he asked Yoru with alert and flashsteps away without hearing the answer from Yoru.
Yoru didn't speak a word. She got up slowly as her eyes got sharp, then walked to the door. Yoru grabbed the doorknob then opened it. She spots a shinigami running around which was occasionally her squad member.
"I know..." Yoru said as she knew the question that the shinigami will ask.
"Okay, what are you orders?" the shinigami asked with a smile as he intended a battle.
"Is the captain here?" she questioned the shinigami with the reason that she didn't want to give orders.
"No, he departed with the other captains to intend the captain meeting." the shinigami answered with an odd face thinking that Yoru is lazy.
"Ehh..." Yoru scratched the back of her hair then smiled as she nodded. "Okay, get much shinigami in the squad to fight the hollows as well." Yoru called out, then the shinigami ran. He was rookie, and didn't know how to flashstep.
Yoru turns her head around the opposite side where she were facing, then stepped one step forward with her left foot, then flashsteps to the battleground. Yoru lands on the battleground seeing many hollows from the sky. Yoru crossed her arms then smiled.
"Go..." she muttered. Many shinigamis appears from the back of Yoru's then dashes into the hollows.
Yoru then flashsteps again moving back of the hollows then pounds it with her leg on the head as hard as she can. Despite her strength isn't that powerful her speed is incredibly fast, that the hollows couldn't keep up with. The hollows were finished already, as Yoru looked at the sky rift where the hollows spawned.
"Not a problem." she said with good enthusiasm that she can beat any hollows with her strategy.

Well written app ^_^ unforunately, third seats can't have kido above level 65-70 (70 is pushing it) so you'll have to remove roaring heaven shaking thunder dragon thingymabob. After that ill approve.
