Additional Details: It’s nothing too serious, just the formation of an Organization of humans. It’ll be a group of four Advanced Humans that make this Organization named Hakumei. They give Humans something to look forward to, and the possibility to be on par with other spiritual beings. Possibly, they can be added into the stat system, and get an additional 15 stat points or so.

Note: If I’m not able to do this as an Arc, could I still do it as a regular topic in Karakura Town?

is it possible for quincy's to join also?

I'll talk to Dante about it, seeing as one of us will be leader; the other Co. If so, it'll only be one Quincy, probably.

Work on this; I'll moderate the topic as requested. And, of course, I trust that you've read the rules for having Arcs; if not, do go over them. Only 5 stat points can be given though.

z We aren't really doing it for the stats, but five is enough. I'm guessing this means the Arc is approved, and I can begin the topic now. As far as reading the rules, I believe the only rule is 3,500 words per participant in the topic? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

5 stat point gain for every two arcs completed. Those are the rules, up to a total of +150 points extra beyond base limits.

Im in, Kyouichi. You can join the topic but the group you would have to be our ally. Making an alliance with the quincy;s is no problem, but letting on in would make us just a group of students.

And when I was talking about additional stat points, I wasn't talking about giving us extra stat points for the Arc. You notice how Human\'s only rank is Advanced Human? I was thinking that maybe Hakumei Members could be added as a rank; where they could automatically receive a base of 60-70 points or something. Not as strong as the Captains, but strong enough to fight third seats.

Would there be ranks or titles in these organization?

If people applies for Harumei, we can have somehow like...

Harumei Leader - 70 Points
Harumei Lieutanent - 65 Points
Harumei Soldier - 55 Points

And maybe with the limit of how many.

Harumei Leader - 2 Max
Harumei Lieutanent - 4 Max
Harumei Soldier - 10 Max

We shouldn't have too many of Harumei members so we should take a limit of it. If there is no limit many people would apply for it cause more higher stats than advanced humans. There should be some other differences between this group and advanced human. Such as Reitsu Detecting skills, etc..,
