Small Summary: This is another invention Techi recently created, in preparations for Hakumei. These necklaces are specially designed for each individual member. The red necklace amplifies Aoiharu's fire techniques, the blue necklace amplifies Techi's ice techniques, the tan necklace amplifies Dante's earth-like techniques, and the gray one amplifies Nakki's wind techniques. Each individual necklace has the ability to make digitally materialize their body at the meeting area, much like Akatsuki do. The user has to be in a meditated trance, in which their body will appear at the carnival. This way, they can contact each other out of person.

Boost:
Earth Necklace: +5 Strength
Ice Necklace: +5 Accuracy
Fire Necklace: +5 Stamina
Wind Necklace: +5 Speed

OOC; I do apologize for making so many new things, but I know the Captains, Espada, etc. all have their special abilities; I just want Hakumei to be the same.

Please give us a reference to how much of an amplifying affect this gives and explain how they 'Digitally materialize" I know naruto but still this isn't naruto so use something that has a little sense to it please. Cause really why bother with that ability when you have the handy device of a OH OH MY GOSH ITS A CELLPHONE!

I've applied certain boost to certain stats, seeing as amplifying their elemental abilities is almost impossible to explain.

As far as the whole materializing in the Carnival thing, it's simple. After going into a trance, they can use their reiatsu to materialize a digital image of themselves, thus communicated like so. Their mind will be at the meeting, but their body will remain dormant, wherever they entered the trance.

Ice Necklace: +5 Speed
Fire Necklace: +5 Accuracy
Wind Necklace: +5 Stamina

Personally, I believe that speed should be would, Ice accuracy, and fire stamina, but thats just me haha.

Alrighty. The communication thing I still dont understand the need for due to the fact that you DO have cellphones and can conference call, let alone we ARE basically set up in the same general area, ie. Karakura town.

Cell phones seem so lame. Roleplaying a meeting through multiple cell phones will be difficult, and irritable. If we were to roleplay calling each other, and telling each other to meet at the Carnival, Meeting Place, people would metagame into just appearing there. This way is much easier, and cooler.
