Name: Frost

Description: The user grasps the eternal cold-hearted emotions deep within his soul, ciphering it into his reiatsu. It circulates throughout his hand, giving it a sky blue glow.

Techniques Infomation

Name: Immunity

Description: Due to using his special ability, Frost, Techi has built a great immunity to any form of coldness. All techniques in an attempt to freeze him over will be of no use, or at least reduced from its normal damage. Meaning, a technique used to freeze Techi for three posts, would only freeze him for two posts. Also, his hands can never be frozen, by any technique.

Name: Cold Hand

Description: His hand builds up a great deal of his reiatsu, in which his whole hand begins to frost over. It can freeze over any limb, and possibly even other areas (for races weaker than himself). Anything touched by his hand will be frozen for two posts.

Name: Frosty Bullets

Description: Techi holds his hands up, circulating a decent amount of reiatsu into his palms. There, he shoots small, but very effective iced over bullets. When hit, it doesn’t freeze them, but it can pierce the skin, maybe even the flesh.

Name: Frost Thrower

Description: This technique is Techi’s version of a flame thrower. All flame throwers exhaust a heat that can burn an opponent’s skin/flesh with ease, but this was used in a different way. Extending out his palms, Techi shoots a flare of frost, which would immediately frost the tendons over. There, it wouldn’t completely freeze them, but it would make it move very slowly. This last for three posts.

Name: Katana Creation

Description: With the use of his frosty reiatsu, Techi can make a quick katana out of a powerful ice. The katana cannot be broken, by any technique/sword. The only way to destroy this katana would be the act of melting it, using fire techniques.

Name: Ice Chains

Description: Using Frost, Techi can force a chain out of each of his palms. These chains can be used to wrap an opponent, or just shoot through physical based attacks. Three chains can be shot out of each palm, at once, and Techi can control them as he sees fit if they are still attached to his palm. Whenever Techi sees fit, he can force spikes out of the chain, strong enough to inject into the tendons. There, he can use a method much like his Frost Thrower technique, and slowly freeze over the tendons, forcing his opponent to move the injected area much slower.

Name: Jagged Ice

Description: By slamming both hands on the ground, Techi can cause ice to jump forward in a jagged, crystallized motion. This is the only technique Techi has that can actually puncture a lung, or even reach any other organ. The jagged ice forms pretty slow, but the closer you are, the harder it is to dodge.

Name: Ice Wall

Description: By slamming at least one hand on the ground, Techi can form a quick, weak Ice Wall. It’s enough to stop most attacks, but Kidou techniques 50+, or equivalent to that power should be enough to lay waste to the wall. Also, if you touch the wall with your body, whatever touched the wall will immediately freeze over.

Name: Ice Armor

Description: Using Frost, Techi concentrates every bit of cold temperature around him, forming it into a powerful armor surrounding his skin. It isn’t some strong, battle gear armor, just enough to block oncoming physical attacks.

Name: Hirenyaku

Description: A 'flash step' utilized by the Quincy. By using reiatsu and amazing speed, one can almost instantaneously teleport from one area to another.

History and RP Sample

History:
The Accident: Techi lived in the average house, with the average family. He had a mother, father, and a little brother. He had grown excessively close to his little brother, although he was only one years old. They would always play around, his brother attempting to say constructive words. It was a dark, eerie day, when Techi had just returned from purchasing the standard groceries his mother had ordered him to do. On the way home, Techi smelled a horrible smell, the stench of blood. He threw the groceries down and quickly ran into the house. There, he saw his baby brother, torn apart. The gruesome image stained deep within his brain. Apparently, a serial killer took a liking to murdering little children. He snuck into the house, stole the baby, took the baby home, craved its insides out, and then brought it back to the house. There, he was able to access a cold-hearted side of him, a stronger side.

Revenge: Techi had known what it was time to do, immediately after mastering Frost. He sought out the murder of his one year old brother. He had received many tips from different people, and evidence the police had collected. After doing a series of dirty jobs, he eventually found this murderer. There was no mercy, and no conversation. Techi used Frost to freeze the inside of his brain, before driving an iced katana through his skull. Revenge had been complete, but the memories were still tainted the same.

Karate: At the age of seven, Techi had already begun karate. This skill was essential for his technique, "Frost." It increased his agility, and gave him ultimate reaction time. He attained a black belt in nothing but four years, which was much faster than any other graduate in the dojo. He continued to learn more 'forbidden' karate techniques, which helped him design a lot of techniques for Frost. He even dabbled in the art of Zanjutsu. "Way of The Sword."

School: Recently, Techi has gained admission into Karakura High School, where he’s currently in the ninth grade. He sits all the way in the back, towards the right corner. Despite his inability to hear the teacher well, he’s always kept his grade above a B Average. His parents believe he’s destined for greatness, but they haven’t even begun to see his full potential. He has always been on the lookout for other high leveled reiatsu. Nowadays, Techi spends majority of his time roaming the outskirts of Karakura Town, patrolling for hollows, and living his life.

Hakumei: For his small time in Karakura Town, Techi silently observed the many Shinigami who roamed amongst the town. He quietly watched, and never said a word to anyone, just taking slight notes on who had just the hint of spiritual pressure. He came across a few humans Dante Crow, Aoiharu, and Nakki; along with a Quincy named Kyouchi. With these people in mind, Techi quickly formed the Organization named Hakumei. Built on protecting Karakura Town, these few Humans will do whatever necessary to rid Karakura Town of dreadful Shinigami.

RP Sample:
Techi was enjoying a delicious breakfast with his mother and his father at the dinner table. Midway through the breakfast, an Anbu had stealthily come through the window. The Anbu nodded to my father in respect, seeing as he used to be a veteran Jounin. After he was done an Anbu’s form of introducing themselves, he turned to me. “ Nara, Techi. You have recently been assigned to Squad Three. Your squad is currently meeting at the public park,” he recited in a rough, assertive tone. After nodding, he simply disappeared in a cloud of smoke, leaving our house without a trace. Techi devoured one more dango before pushing away from the table. On his way out the door, he rotated his head towards his father. “I’ll be sure to make them proud, father. Just like you did,” he said in a serious tone. His father nodded his head in approval, as Techi soon set off.

It didn’t take much time for Techi to arrive at the public park. Upon entry, he immediately scoped out the sensei, seeing as wings were blossoming from his back. He walked over there in a somewhat, speedy fashion, before speaking with a relaxed attitude, “Hello there sensei; squad members. My name is Nara, Techi, and I will be the new addition to your squad. I hope I didn’t miss too much.” He tried to smile to dismiss everyone’s attention from the fact he was excessively late.
