No, but in order for me to use this would take a lot of skill for sure. It would be the same as landing a killing blow only id be branding them with this mark rather than killing them. Based on where its positioned Id say thats fair, but ill change that if you dont think so.

ya some kind of limit to it after which the effect is already be infected since i'm sure a lot of people would object to being tracked their entire rpg carrer without any way of removing it themselves
