Looks: Shibito has dark blue eyes with a hint of purple mixed in, he has shoulder length, shaggy, light brown hair and has light brown stubble. He is 6 foot tall and muscular in an athletic way. He wears the normal Shinigami uniform but has the sleeves rolled up to his upper arm. He has a slash scar across his forehead but it is usually covered by his hair. When he is in gigai form, which he does not use very often, he wears a long, brown leather coat, black boots, blue camoflage trousers and a white, long-sleeved shirt with black sleeves.

Personality: Shibito is a man who likes to believe that hard work can overcome anything but he knows that too much hard work weakens a person so he enjoys drinking sake with his division as well. In his free time, he will exercise and then cool down with a nice drink and maybe something to read. He likes to practice with Hokuto, his zanpakuto and can spend days on end practicing with both released and unreleased forms, he prefers released because he says that it is more fun. He believes that the 7th division is capable of making a huge difference, to both Rukongai and Seireitei. He wants to bring peace to the land, nothing more, nothing less.
In battle, Shibito is a fierce fighter, he will try and get a grip on who he is facing by starting out slowly with some low level kido and basic swordsplay. If the need arises, he will release Hokuto and then he changes, he fights harder and is more serious, he will try to slice the opponent up by throwing the sickle part of Hokuto at them multiple times with good speed and then once they are more tired then he will crush them with the weighted end of Hokuto by expanding it and then pulling it down upon them like a meteor. He also uses kido but less often because he is not a fan of it.

Released Zanpakuto Description: Hokuto turns into a Kusarigama which Shibito wields with frightening efficiency. The weight on the end of the chain can expand to the size of an average truck. The weight can be thrown into the air and then Shibito pulls the chain and the weight will come down with tremendous force, crushing anything struck by the weight and letting off shockwaves, destroying the immediate nearby area and blasting anyone near to the impact. The weight can also be used normally, it can be used to wrap around opponents or take their weapon off of them, a move that Shibito uses is one where he ties the opponent up with the chain and then expands the weight, this will usually crush the opponent. The sickle can also expand in size capable of becoming the size of a scythe.

History and RP Sample

History: Pre-shingami arc: Shibito was raised in a rough part of the Rukongai and was alone for most of his youth there, he learnt to depend solely on himself and he learnt how to use kido at a young age to keep himself safe, he was not very skilled at it, all he could manage was to restrain people with Bakudo number 1 and even then it was not that good but enough to get some recognition from certain people. When he was almost adolescent, Shinigami came by, members of 7th division, and asked him to show them what kido he knew, he reluctantly showed them one he had been working on, he blasted a ball of red fire at a target and hit it perfectly on the bullseye, the shinigami, impressed by the move, asked him if he would be interested in leaving Rukongai and becoming a shinigami and for the first time in years, Shibito smiled and he said yes immediatly, no longer would he suffer in slums, he could become a shinigami and fix the error of poverty and hardship in rukongai.

Shinigami academy arc: Now in adolescence, Shibito had sepnt a few years at the academy, he was happier than h had ever been, he felt powerful but he was always astounded by the power that the captains and lieutenants had, even the seated officers were amazing compared to an academy student. He always got good grades in classes and the teachers and other students noticed just how hard he worked to excel, he exercised a lot and studied more than most and he was voted most likely to become a successful shinigami in his class but one other student, Kisame, disagreed with that and decided to take it up with Shibito in front of everyone. When a few captains were visiting the academy, Kisame asked them to consider an idea he had about a ifhgt to death between him and Shibito to decide who could become a member of a division. They liked the idea and asked Shibito if he agreed, he said yes because he was confident, especially with recently managing to achieve shikai.
The two students took their places on a field and were told to fight, they both started slowly, some swords clashing and kido but nothing exceptional until Kisame released his zanpakuto which was water based. Shibito released his sword at the same time and then the true fight began, the 2 went back and forth for a while, the biggest injury was a deep cut across Shibito's forehead but he assured everyone that he was not going to lose and kept on fighting. He won when he threw his sickle at Kisame, he dodged and then as he was laughing about the awful accuracy of Shibito, Shibito pulled the sickle back with the chain towards Kisame's neck, Kisame moved a bit to the left but then Shibito extended the sickle into a scythe which was longer and long enough to reach the neck of the shocked Kisame and it took his head clean off. Some people applaused, others screamed in shock at the decapitation which just took place. Shibito impressed people enough that he was allowed to immediatly become a seated officer in division 7, Shibito said a small prayer for Kisame and then left the academy, for the last time.

Shinigami arc: Shibito was placed as 18th seat in division 7 but it did not take him long to climb through the ranks, within 20 years, he reached 7th seat and then he took an idea from the late Kisame to get himself further promoted, he challenged the 3rd seat to a battle with the winner being the 3rd seat but this time, no killing and the fight was accepted. As the 2 prepared, Shibito thought about how far he had came and that maybe this was not a good idea, fighting so much could mean that people could grow scared of him or he may get moved to 11th division which he really did not want. As the 2 started the fight, Shibito released his zanpakuto immediately and wrapped the chain around the 3rd seat and then made the weight grow but not enough to kill the 3rd seat, he walked up to the grounded man with sickle in hand and asked him to give up, the man did not but the officials ended the battle anyway and honouring the bet made, Shibito became 3rd seat. Shibito, confused about the easy victory asked the ex-3rd seat why he did nothing and the 3rd seat replied "I joined 7th division wanting to make a difference to both Rukongai and Seireitei but what have my 100 years here taught me? That it is impossible, if you came here with the same dream then give up, I have and I'm leaving now."
The man then stabbed himself in front of everyone, dying immediatly and Shibito thought to himself as he helped others drag the body away 'Nothing is impossible, I will make the dream come true, wherever you may be, watch me as I bring peace to a land without any.'
Shibito is currently into his 35th year as 3rd seat and had done a lot of hard work for 7th division to show that he deserved his spot in the 7th division and that he is capable of making change in a place which is slowly losing hope.

RP Sample: Dosu watched as Gakuta's mask manifested itself onto his face. Dosu was feeling good, he felt a signifigant amount more powerful and knew that Gakuta and Sebastian were probably going to want to see him show his new found skill. Gakuta appeared behind him holding his sword to his mask and threatening to kill him if he had not improved. Dosu grinned beneath the mask, he was ready to show them just what he was made of. He, in an instant, flash stepped away from Gakuta and near his Zanpakuto and he picked it up and said "I'm not going to bother releasing this, It would not make this a fair test of power."
He stepped and then leaped into the air and tried out a move he wanted to try, he readied reiatsu around his hand and in a punching motion, blasted it down towards Gakuta, it was signifigantly stronger than the previous reiatsu blasts and the earth it hit broke and faded away into sand and made a dust cloud around the area he had attacked, he was shocked, no way was that him, that was way past anything he had ever done before. He was enjoying this, he was on the same level of the man who just a day or two ago had him on his knees in no time. He believed that he could do this, but there was a little voice in the back of his telling him that he was stupid, how could he compete against this man who had been a Vizard for a signifigant amount of time longer than him, he would know all the tricks, all the secrets and Dosu had no idea what he was into, but it made him powerful, so he figured that he would be fine. He continued flowing through the air as he awaited to see what was going on in the dust cloud beneath him.
