From here a series of Kyuukyokukai release topics will be started to train the releases with the captains who are eligible

Isn't there a rule that says if you're involved in the story, you can't mod it?

Kenji Kaji is CC and Head admin, he kinda has to mod this one besides since when have the mods paid attention to their arcs anyway?

Umm... since my name always gets thrown down, I do. Mods DO need to mod the topics, and we cant exactly have a mod in the topic hes modding.

My question to you is, does it involve any fighting? Cause thats the main reason we have the mods.
