Name Of Tech: Gods arrow/devils arrow

Tech Skill Level: master. only Grey can use.

Small Summary: (Gods arrow)the attack uses reitsu to form a powerful blast like a cero but it only can take the shape of an Arrow or a sword. its slightly more powerful then the average cero and is fast then a mach 2.has the ablity to form anywhere withinn a 2 meter radius of Greys center can be held for two minutes (posts) before becoming useless. they can not be used to deffend but can block an attack. also it uses only 1 second to form and fire a blast. the arrows can only go 1000 feet before they loss power. up to 100 gods arrows can be used for formed at once

(devils arrow) a much more powerful version of gods arrow. moves at the speed of mach 4. but can only last one minute (post) before disapating but can be held at a 10 meter radius from greys centre it is also the equail power of a grande cero. but can only fly 500 meters before lossing power and speed. also it takes 5 seconds to make a devils arrow. only up to 20 devils arrows can be formd at once and only 5 can be fired at once. the devils arrows can be uced to defend against a mid level attack.( cero sword strike ext) this devils arrow also explodes with a blast radius of 10 feet.

HISTORY:
in life Grey was a pagen Priest with specail powers gods arrow and devils arrow. he had mastered them and was able to use the devils arrow 100 at a time.but when he died he lost his memorys thus the ableity to use the powers that flowed in his vains. but now he has remembered and he has only remembered most of his knowlagde of the powers. he has been longing to know about his past as a human for so long andnow he knows he own name ' Roy Ambrose Vincintce' and he can even remember the name of his long lost wife ' Amber-lyn Amora Vincintce'. he also now knows the face and power of the hollow that killed his wifes dead soul and his living body. but he need not worry abou the hollow because he killed it with the most powerfull devils arrow ever formed causing him to have amnesia. thus forgeting how to use the powers or even that he had the powers.

Add a wee bit more history, and i'll approve tomorrow unless another Mod/Admin does it before. Mkay?

Also, I would recommend this being in your Bankai. It seems a bit extreme that in one second you're able to for the arrows and that it you can fire about 300 at once.

Other than that, as mentioned by Aoiharu, you need more history.
