Name: Hirenyaku
Description: A 'flash step' utilized by Quincy. By using a source of reitsu they can move at amazing speed. Nakki is still young, with a low amount of reitsu. He can move at half speed of normal flash steps.
(It's only one technique. I find it useful for Nakki to use it but moves at slow speed than normal steps.)

Koujetsu did give me permission to use Hirenyaku, so I see no reason why Nakki wouldn't be able to, but I'm still going to leave it to him to decide.

you should make your own kind of flash step. Like somthing were you get a flow of air around your feet.

Sadly, you need 50 reiatsu pressure to only make one technique, so after you get 50, this'll be easily approved.
