Template Rules and Regs (read this first)

Ok due to several incidents i'm gonna jot down some quick rules

Rules

No.1 Follow an admin or mods requests. if they tell you a flat out no it's alright to ask why or get a second opinion but if we say no because: it's already over and the change will be made or it will not be approved

No.2 Template format. we made the templates the way they are for a reason so please use them in the way they are posted. any template either written out of format or altered in any way unnecessarily will not be approved

Mistakes like this will keep you from being unapproved since this is not that hard to fix. put things outside the tags

No.3 Bumping your application. the only time you are allowed to bump your app is upon completing it from a WIP to Complete and if it has been left unchecked for a week

you may ASK a mod or admin in the chatbox but if you pester them you'll be cb banned please use common sense
