Looks: unlike many other shinigamis he doesnt wear the usual clothes. he wars a tight black suit and mask. the mask covers his entire head, letting his long white hair fall from the back and down his back. the tight suit is designed for increased stealth and maneuverability. when not on a mission he wears a large 100% leather black trench coat over it, covering his duel zanpaktous.the blades are attached to his hip, and his back. allowing for quick access in urgent need in a sudden fight. on his face only his eyes are visible. his eyes are pure black, but are naturally blue. he wears them during missions.
Personality: shuurajou acts kind of like a monk. every day he meditates in front of a statue in his room. he has been taught patience and perseverance since he was a young child.he is always calm, never getting angry at those who attempt to make him angry.he seems even emotionless at times. but in battle he changes. he becomes a beast, yet remains silent and swift. as a man of the old teachings he doesn't strive for power. he simply trains himself and gets whatever power comes to him.

Zanpakuto Name: dragons rage

Zanpakuto Description: the zanpaktou has only one ability in the unreleased state.
1:when charged with spirit power it can send out a wave from the blade that can be used to break strong defences. it needs more charging time for the stronger defensive abilities of the opponent.

Released Zanpakuto Description: this state has three abilities.
1# increases the natural speed and strength of shuurajou to make him much faster than average. (worth about 10 points for stats)
2# one of the blades absorbs light and one absorbs darkness to increase the sharpness and strength of the blades. this means that due to the materials used in the process of the blade being created, a bone from a dark dragon and a light dragon, to minipulate its molecules to absorb light and dark. this will make the blade more resiliant and harder to break, and make them shrper to cut though solid materials much easier
3# same ability as the unreleased, except it is faster absorbing of energy and more powerful blasts

shuurajou was born in japan. his parents were both Americans the migrated over to japan for a better, more balanced life style. they joined the monks and lived in the temple, raising shuurajou to follow the same practices for a few years. until shuura was 4 years old, the elders studied him. every time he saw a sword he stopped in his tracks and stared at it with interest. so they sent him away to the temple of the ninjas.
he progressed like a natural. taking down the older students like a master ninja by the age of 7. when he turned ten years old the group of elder ninjas allowed him to graduate and become a full fledged ninja. at the same time they gave him the dragons fang & tigers claw duel katanas.the legendary katanas he accepted humbly and went on the mission.
as he was on the mission he changed his outfit and took the target down without a sound or alert. returning to the dojo, he got his reward and meditated. for years he became undefeated in the ninja art. until he turned 17.
he went on a mission and snuck through the military area slowly. dodging guard with all his stealth he arrived in the room his target was in. little did he know the new technology developed, the small devices that made loud sounds and killed people from a distance. they were called guns. as shuura approached his target and pulled his blade out the man turned slowly. holding one of these guns in his hand, and shot shuura. killing him.Beginning in the soul society arc
Shuurajou arrived in the rokongai in the soul society after he died. when he asked around he was apparently in the south district. sighing he ran along roofs of buildings trying to find somebody of high importance to help him out. soon he learned of the shinigami and their ways. and wanted to become one. so he joined the academy.Academy Arc
The first day at the academy was tough. all the students picked on him, believing he had no skill with a sword. so in the first few weeks this went on, he meditated in his room every night and remained calm, emotionless. he learned about his spiritual pressure and how to easily mask it. learning quickly, the fighting lessons began.
on the first day of the fighting lessons he got called up and they handed him a wooden sword. sighing he looked at the teacher "i would like a second one.." shuura spoke for the first time since he joined the academy. the teacher hesitated and gave him the second wooden sword. grinning slightly he faced his enemy and the teacher said to begin. the evaluation on the sword fighting for the skill level had begun smoothly. shuura quickly swept his opponent down on the ground and slashed down at his throat, stopping before he was hit and back off. taken the other guy down in two moves.
astonished the teacher pitted him against the more skilled swordsman and defeated them all easily. finally binging in one of the shinigamis with a seat in a division. when it began the fight went on. taking a few seconds, shuura didn't move, until the other guy attacked. dodging, shuura spun and slammed the guy in the back. kicked him forward and stabbed the wooden sword onto the floor a few inches from the guys head. "done...." shuura bowed slightly and sat down in the back corner. getting stared at by everyone. he graduated and took the seat of the man he defeatedmoving through the ranks ARC
Shuurajou lived the life of a normal shinigami. He went to the human world occasionally. Most importantly he continued to live his life like he did as a human. He became the perfect warrior. He was unbeatable in every aspect of a shinigami’s ability, unless the sparring partner was a captain’s skill level. Slowly, silently, and swiftly shuura moved through the human world killing hollows. He had been assigned to karakura town on patrol for the hollow attacks. He jumped from building to building where a hollow was about to cross over. When he got there, the hollow appeared and howled into the wind. Moving faster than the eye could follow, shuura appeared behind the hollow, and than it screeched as one of its arms came off and blood exploded in all directions. Turning slightly shuura, moved again and appeared in front of the hollow with one of his swords in his hands. Jumping up and doing a back flip, shuura brought his sword down on the hollows head and killed it.
Yawning he sheathed his sword and turned around. He opened a gate back to soul society. He put in a rank challenge against the vc of the second division. His captain had told him he was approaching the skill of a captain and his stealth skills were far to great for him to not be the vc of the second division. After a few days the battle arrived and people gathered near the sparring grounds. People were making bats on who would win, many were betting on the current vc. But those who knew shuura placed large-scale bets, knowing his skill and speed were far greater. The battle commenced and lasted less than a minute. People gasped at the incredible speed of shuura, by their viewpoint it didn’t even look like shuura took out his blades.
He became the vc without much care. But he learned about a way to become more powerful than any shinigami. He ignored it for while, but decided to find out more. The process was called hollowfication, and it would possibly make him a vaizard. He knew the risks but decided to approach the one he learned was a vaizard. His name was dark, and he was the vaizard leader within the S.S. The day approached, and shuura went over hoping to learn more about this hollowfication.

kuni drops from the ceiling of the small cave and glares at his daughter. his blood red piercing eyes seemed to slice down into a cat-eye like form. growling lightly he stares at his daughter "you know how dangerous it is out in this part of the forest when the night of a full moon approaches!" shuura stretched his wings out and folded them again, letting the pitch black and pure white wings rest from the flight.
he strains his ears listening closely outside. listening for the sounds of foot steps within a few hundred meters. the howling wind makes the thick door shook slightly, and clouds cover the sky. a storm soon approaches which is one of the most dangerous times to hang out in a cave.
than a small girl walks to his daughter and says hi. shuura growls letting one of his swords form in his hand. she clearly hadn't seen him. grinning evilly he sniffed the air. it smelled of angel. he appeared behind her and put the sword to her neck.using one of his hands to slice down the back of her jacket, revealing her wings, and a push up bra. "pathetic angel. why have you come to my territory?" shuura growled

Approved, i guess kou needs to specify a division though before i can move it. Unless he has any rejections or things he wants changed.
