Basic Information

Name: Bliss Kaze

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: (picture) Usually likes to wear skirts, or dresses. In the picture, Bliss is shown with a quincy glove on, though she hasn't actually put the glove on yet.

Personality: She tries to be cheerful in most situations, and confident in herself and others, though not to an extent where she's cocky. She likes to console others and doesn't like to be put down, or be put down. She isn't the type of person to let others get to her, and has a slow fuse. When she does get angry, it's usually not for very long, and she doesn't get very upset. She usually ignores any insults directed toward her.

Name: Origin of Symmetry

Bow Manifestation: Picture, click me! Instead of a longbow, the bow has manifested itself into a crossbow, odd enough. The crossbow has an oddly thick handle that looks like it's made of a light wood, and has a hammer and trigger to set it off, in the same way a gun goes off, but without gunpowder. The majority of the crossbow appears to be made of silver and it heavy. The arrows are a light blue. Unlike most quincies, who might focus on firing rate, Bliss focuses mainly on the power and accuracy of each shot instead.

Description: If it's total strength was put into percentages, then 90% would be power, 10% would be firing rate.

Looks: (Sorry, no picture =/) When activated, the gem at the side of the elbow on the glove starts to glow, and the crossbow manifests itself. Bliss usually likes to use her left arm to rest the crossbow on while aiming, though in a lot of cases that much time isn't available.

Cross: Bliss' cross is a small, thin chain that has two connected small silver crescent-shaped moons hanging from the chain. The moons are back-to-back, representing two symmetrical moons. The bow that is created is a regular blue longbow, but several inches shorter than most Quincies' bows. Most people wouldn't notice it unless her bow was compared to someone else's. The bow doesn't have a fast firing rate, but makes up for it with power. (Same concept as the glove, 90% would be power, 10% would be firing rate.)

Techniques

Name: Hiebie
Description: (What your tech is and what it does) The technique can numb up to two body parts with cold, of either the user or a target. By numbing it it makes the limb or body part unable to feel pain, but still able to move and use it's full strength. Even when numbing perts of ither peoples' bodies, it can only numb two parts at any time. To use this move, she must have contact with the part that she wants to make numb, if on another person's body.

History and RP Sample

History:

Bliss was born in America, in California. She had a brother that was 2 years older than her, and lived an easy life in California, until the age of 12. Her mother had killed a co-worker and had gone insane shortly afterward. She was taken to an insane assylem, where she lived the rest of her life. Bliss wasn't affected too deeply, as she didn't know her mother that well, though she was upset about it for a period of time, which is understandable. While she was going to school, her brother was usually away from home, visiting their uncle's house. He was homeschooled, and she wished she could be too, but her father wouldn't allow it. Her uncle was a quincy and trained her brother in using their powers. Her uncle gave Bliss' brother a glove by the time he was 16 and Bliss was 14. He came home from his uncle's house excited, carrying a small, delicate box that he kept locked away and well hidden. Days later Bliss' uncle went missing for unknown reasons. All that was known was that there was a fierce battle in the house, and several artifacts that were kept in a chest that he had well-hidden were missing. Bliss' older brother decided to teach her how to summon and use a quincy bow.

When Bliss was 16, a powerful shinigami came to take away Bliss' father and brother. They didn't make any attempt to harm Bliss, as she had almost no reiatsu whatsoever, as she had only been training her quincy powers for about two years, and even then she seldomly trained, maybe 30 minutes a day when averaged out. She knew that she had to do something, because she didn't have anywhere to go, though she knew that she'd stand no chance against the Shinigami. When he opened a portal to return to the Soul Society, she quickly jumped through the portal, which was what brought her there. From them she met the shinigami captain Riku, and joined his squad, disguised as a soul reaper, but in reality is an young Quincy.

RP Sample:
The only two noises heard were a heavy breathing and blood dripping to the sand, one drop at a time. 'Drip...drip...drip...' I have to become stronger... I don't have any choice. Bliss thought to herself. She was standing in an area a few miles from the Seireitei, her Quincy longbow in hand. She had been training for several hours, and blood was dripping from her hands. She pulled the bowstring back and formed an arrow, then shooting it at the tree. The arrow hit the dead center of the tree trunk, which crushed the trunk of the tree on impact and made it topple over, snapping in the middle. Bliss breathed heavily as she created another arrow and pulled back on the string as far as it would allow her, limited by fatigue. Hearing a noise, she spun around and fired off the extremely powerful shot, only to find the remains of a dead animal. It was impossible to tell what the animal was, as all that was left was a spot of blood. The rest of the animal had disintegrated. "I guess that's enough for today..." Bliss said, her bow starting to dissolve.

Everything looks fine, although about that technique of yours, I'm assuming thats a custom Silver Tube tech, correct?

Yeah, it's a custom silver tube tech. I was a bit confused at first as to if under tech we would list one already shown in the anime/manga or make our own. So I'm guessing we make our own?

Well you can have the ones from the Anime/Manga, although we allow Custom ones as well. In any case, -Approved.
