Espada Releases

Shouldnt Espada get a boost on their stats with their Res like Shinigami do with their Bankai.

Makes sense to me.

They can yes, but up to no more than +20 points total. Also, I havent really pushed them to have stats due to the fact that most of the Espada are very excellent RPers.

In comparison to Segunda, yes, otherwise, no. Ressurecion is the release of an Espada's Zanpakuto, similar to Bankai except that the blade of an Espada is effectively a power-houser for the Arrancar, it contains a portion of their soul from when they were changed into an Arrancar. Shinigami swords are attached to their soul through their bond, but an Espada's sword literally IS part of them.

The release is Bankai level, and Segunda is above it, so it could need a wholely new stat count if you were to give Bankai stats to the Resurrecion, though for the sake of balance it may not be this way, but truthfully it is. Espada are intended to be above Captains in most cases for power, thats why in the manga the Vizards had to come in and start laying down some whoop *ss

yeah basically because the top 3 espada`s where stronger than any captain withouth compare (not counting captain commander)

but basically stats does not matter that much as ive found out myself, if your a good rper then you can be pretty decent even with poor stats (and most Espada`s are decent Rpers so, pointing out what kou stated already)

In a sense it would be, if we're talking about power, similar to Bankai if anything if not greater. Arrancar and Espada alike have at the very least doubled in power upon releasing in contrast to thier original power level, the only one's that would fall outside of the realm of doubling in power would be espada who are ranked fourth and higher but that is more than likely due to thier areas of expertise. Thier power may be higher than double thier original, like 2.5x-3x power and if we're refering to the one's who have a 'second release' style to thier zanpakutou than we can assume they are stronger than that.

The idea that stats, as they are now, are even important is rather pointless seeing as how being an Lower ranking Espada is about the same as being an Arrancar. Even being high ranking doesn't really seem to be that big of a difference in stats. So long as the stat based system remains as it is the only issue I see is that Arrancar should recieve a slight boost upon releasing, seeing as how Shinigami tend to as well, but the 20+ points thing is BS considering I've seen Shinigami get more than that simply by entering Shikai, not to mention they still have Bankai.

I don't really understand why there's any need to continue discussing this. Especially for the Arrancar/Espada.

It's still a question, I mean anyone could have noticed that. Also the reason why people are asking is because they'd like to be informed as to why they are limited to 20 points in the first place when there are things that don't tend to fall into place.

With all due respect the only thing I've noticed that’s not really contributing to this conversation is what you're typing for the time being. I mean people want to be informed about a subject and question it, and others are attempting to respond and assist them.

The suggestion is unnecessary, seeing as it has already been previously answered, along with the questions of this topic. There's no need to continue to discuss how many stat points Espadas will get, because it has already been discussed. Espadas get 20 points, and that's it. Their power is equivalent, if not less than that of a Bankai, which is why they get 20, which was previously stated. Every reply after Koujetsu's reply is unnecessary, seeing as he answered the kid's question already.

You should watch your mouth towards a staff member.

As Techi said, any topics that has already been answered by Koujetsu Hanagyu is unnecessary to be answered and getting revoked again by another person. It would just be a Post Count Booster if you keep posting after it was already solved.
