Incantation: "Freezing lakes, raining skies, incompetence be your downfall, smite them!"
Description: Icicles grow from the ground like stalagmites and twirl around the enemy, binding them around both arms, legs, and around their waist. The icicles then pull them down to the ground on their knees. The icicles grow quickly, but bind around the opponent very slowly. It takes much time to grasp completely around them, and they can't be broken easily. Although, if preformed incorrectly the icicles would bind around Bero instead, almost like a punishment for incompetence. This only lasts for 30 minutes (3 posts from both contenders of an RP)

Hmm... Be more descriptive, add a drawback. Since there needs to be someway it wouldn't be considered OP. Like how long does it take the icicles to spiral around the enemy? Or, limit where it binds them?

I had recently approved him.
But, he had made this before approval.
Luckily, I found this out, after I had approved his character. Or else i'd have to consider it against the rules, and he'd have to completely remove this until his app. was complete.
