Personality: Arturo hates all beings weaker then him, calling them worms and that he has no time for them. He looks for stronger opponents to fight and kill to test his strength and become more powerful. His voice always has a tint of arrogance and acts like he is the strongest, even towards the other espada. He listens to no man that is below himself for that would be worst then death for him.

Weapon Looks: In it's sealed form, Fénix resembles a basic katana with an hourglass shaped guard.

Arturo can summon a powerful X-shaped blast with his Zanpakuto
Wings: When Fénix is taken out from it's sheath Arturo will grow two green wings of pure energy, they are see through and almost like a mist. (kinda like ishida's one blue wing)

Shape-shifting: Another ability of Fénix is the ability to change Arturo's appearance into that of another being, although he has to know what this person looks are. Being in the person form does not allow Arturo to use they're powers tho.

Techniques

Name: Garganta
State: Both
Description: This is how arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tosen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Description: This refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakuto bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin.

Description: This is the arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to a sonar. Using pesquisa requires most Espada to enter a meditative state or use some others have a trigger unique to the user.

Description: Arturo can manifest a powerful, dark colored saber of energy manifested when his fingers extend forward. This is used when Arturo does not have Fénix drawn out.

Description: Arturo can use this technique with his beam saber when he gets close enough to the opponent. He extends his blade, and proceeds to attack the opponent relentlessly while using Sonidó, overwhelming them.

Description: Arturo uses a massive version of the Cero that inflicts major damage. It is still red in coloration, but it is far bigger, and has proportional strength to its size

Description: A unique, and apparently more battle-oriented version of the Negación technique used by Menos Grande. Arturo can summon a powerful circular shaped spatial prison that temporarily paralyzes targets. In contrast to the white Caja Negación used by the other Espada, it is black.

Description: The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. Though somewhat weaker than a Cero blast, it moves about twenty times much faster than a Cero and can be fired at a much higher rate.

Name: Gran Rey Cero

Description: To perform this potent variation of the Cero, the Arrancar first draws blood from the Cero-generating appendage using his or her Zanpakutō, then charges the Cero while mixing the blood with it. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed, as well as a change of color unique to the Espada in which case the color is a mixture of purple and yellow for Arturo.

History and RP Sample

History: (your characters history, describe your life as a human, as a hollow, and your reincarnation into an arrancer/espada, please see the below for a brief guide on the evolution of a hollow-

Human > Hollow: Arturo Plateado started his life out in León Mexico, he was raised from a poor family which only consisted of his mother and father. His heritage was that of his Hispanic from his mothers side and albino from his fathers, this gave him a very odd appearance as he had green wavy hair, pale skin and deep golden eyes. So with this appearance he was made fun of as a boy by many other children, they called him things as monster, and the thing. In response to the behavior he had grown up alone with his parents, going to his school, sitting, eating, studying all alone with only himself. Although with these traits in his life he still kept a high passing grade average in which he was almost a genius in his area. But when his mother grew sick with a rare illness Arturo had to quit school and get a job to support the family at the age of six-teen, he worked hard to keep his mother alive for years upon years. On his twenty-first birthday she died with a smile on her face after telling her son she was proud of him for what he did for her and wishes he lives a long life.
After the funeral Arturo ran away from home to the coast in which he snaked onto a ferry, not knowing where it was heading.

Hollow > Gillian: Hollows eat their closest relatives and those they love the most first, consuming them out of a hunger they can never sate, caused by the absence in their hearts. They find creatures with more spiritual pressure to be more 'tasty' and thus they hunt down Shinigami or Advanced Humans when they get the chance. Some hollow, after being unable to delay their hunger with low pressures, begin to eat other hollows.

As they eat other hollow, the consumed souls compound in their body, until they become a giant mess of spirits that slowly grows into a Menos Grande (Gillian). If one hollow in the Menos is able to gain control of the rest of the souls in the Menos, they can continue to eat, eating more hollows and even other Menos until the souls come completely under the controlling hollow's command and their form slowly changes.

Gillian > Adjuchas: A Gillian who continues to eat will become an Adjucha, compacting itself in size and gaining an animal-like form that will later become its Release form. Adjucha resemble armored white animals and they continue to eat other menos, hollow, and adjucha, for if they do not eat they will revert to their Gillian form and lose control of the Gillian forever more, giving other spirits a chance to control.

Adjuchas > Vasto Lorde/Arrancar: An Adjuchas that continues to feast will slowly gain a humanoid form, while retaining their hollow mask and hole. However, few hollows reach the Vasto Lorde stage before becoming an Arrancar. Regardless of their Hollow stage, Arrancar are created with the aid of a member of the Obscura Oracion, having their masks torn off of them and gaining a humanoid form along with retaining a fraction of their masks and often moving their hollow hole.

Through this process, the various souls compromising the hollow are pacified, some say they are strained out, others that they are fused together, but regardless of how only one soul and mind exist in an Arrancar. Some of these souls take the form of the Arrancar's Zanpakuto, which gains the powers of their Adjucha's form, so that when they release they gain back some of their Adjucha powers. This is why Arrancar Zan's don't have their own soul or realm, they are part of themselves.

Arrancar > Espada: The Espada are 11 most powerful Arrancar, tattoo'd with their number. 10 is the weakest, 0 is the strongest. Arrancar can become Espada by killing a former member, thus taking their number, or displaying power above that of current Espada, or being recognized as an asset and added to the group.)

Alright, I know that technically, this isn't a Cannon character since he has appeared in neither the Anime nor Manga to my knowledge, but you're sort of completely ripping off the Wii Game so I'd have to say denied. (Unless you edit it to make it more original)

It's a WIP so I'm not done -.- I'm going to make the history alot different and plus how can I make it a wii rip off without putting the history? sorry if I'm acting like a smart @ss but the only thing from the wii game are the looks and attacks.

Looks are fine, but you sort of need to make pretty much everything completely different, and having the exact same techniques... just made it a bit... yeah. Copyright stuff and all that is not my thing I'd really prefer if you'd at least ask the owner or one of the admins about it. (Though since it's WIP, I guess I could)
