Rascar is an average height ( 5’6) individual with black hair that has blonde highlights at the ends. Rascar’s narrow and handsome face compliments his large and almost feminine eyes. To not weigh himself down, Rascar wears little heavy clothing except for the gauntlet on his let arm. The back of Rascar’s hair is tied into two long pony tails that almost touch the ground. When not in combat, Rascar wears a crimson cloak.

Hollow Hole: Rascar’s hole is located on his left palm, covered by his gauntlet.

Mask Fragment: Rascar’s mask fragment is located around his neck and looks like a shackle around his neck.

Number Tattoo: Rascar’s number tattoo is located on his stomach which is always revealed due to his belly shirt.

Personality: Rascar is rarely rude or impolite, even in the heat of battle he maintains a cool stature. He remains calm in any almost any situation. Although he is very nice and calm, this doesn’t stop him from insulting others, even if he does it in a simple manner. If he does have to go low enough to insult someone, it is hidden amidst the rest of the conversation. Due to his calm nature and low speed, Rascar usually walks or stands still during a battle, not running and jumping like others. Although Rascar hates to admit it, he is extremely OCD and can’t stand if things are out of order in his dorm or anywhere else for that matter. If accused of being OCD he usually just blows them off and avoids eye contact.

Weapon Name: Koukon(Dusk) and Keimei(Dawn)


Weapon Looks:




Koukon and Keimei are Rascar’s katana and gauntlet that release when they are put together into one weapon. Koukon the katana, is a demonic looking sword with three skull figures that act as the hilt of the sword. Koukon is has a blade that isn’t as angled as a standard katana but it isn’t completely straight, making a strange custom sword.

Keimei is Rascar’s gauntlet that is attached to his left arm. Keimei has a leather underbody with a titanium shell over it, making it a relatively light weapon. Under neath the leather and platting, there are long strands of titanium alloy wire that can be drawn out from each finger of the claw.

Weapon Description: Koukon doesn’t have any abilities until connected to Keimei and released. Keimei on the other hand, can shoot the titanium alloy wires out and Rascar can control them with ease using only his fingers.

When resurrected ( When the two weapons are attached to each other.), Koukon has the ability to split into three swords with one skull on their hilt. These swords can combine into one whenever they come into contact with each other. Keimei’s wires are reinforced when resurrected, making them able to cut through nearly anything.

Name: El Guantelete (The Gauntlet)


Represent: Portuguese Man’o’War,a creature that is found in oceans near Europe. Most may think it is a jellyfish, but it is in fact a compilation of much smaller organisms working together.

Looks: When in his release form, Rascar’s appearance doesn’t change at all until he activates his abilities. The only thing different about his appearance is the fact that his skin pulse up and down as if it were breathing at all times.

Name: Garganta
State: Both
Description: This is how arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tosen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Name: Hierro
State: Both
Description: This refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakuto bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin.

Name: Pesquisa
State: Both
Description: This is the arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to a sonar. Using pesquisa requires most Espada to enter a meditative state or use some others have a trigger unique to the user.

Description: A very quick movement performed by Arranacar that allows them to move at high speeds for brief periods of time.

Name: Wire Tornado
State: Both
Description: Wire tornado is a technique in which Rascar spins around rapidly with wires in his hands. This creates a slicing vortex around him and it can easily deflect most projectiles.


Name: Wire Ground Assault
State: Both
Description: By pressing his gauntlet against the ground, Rascar can send wires underground to attack an enemy. If done discreetly, this move is very effective at being a sneak attack. A maximum 10 feet of wire can be put into the ground using this technique.



Name: Air Slash
State: Both
Description: When this technique is used, Rascar charges his sword with cero and slices the air 180 degrees in front of him. This creates a wave of energy that is used to blow opponents back and not harm them. This wave blows the opponent back about 50 feet.


Name: Shockwave Twirl
State: Both
Description: This technique is very similar to Air Slash. When Shockwave Twirl is used, Rascar does a quick spin with his sword extended, creating a 360 degree blast originating from the blade. This wave blows opponents back about 50 feet.


Name: Palm of Destruction
State: Both
Description: Palm of Destruction is a fairly simple cero in which Rascar shoots a pulse of energy from his palm. This makes a ‘wall’ of energy that blasts forwards and carries anything caught with it.


Name: Aura Wall
State: Both
Description: Aura Wall is a defensive tecnique in which Rascar creates a 7x8 foot wall of pure energy in front of him. This defends against most attacks and can be held for more then one post. This can not be held for longer then 2 posts and has a 2 post cool down.


Name: Hidden Vision
State: Resurrection
Description: Hidden Vision is a technique in which Rascar removes one of his eyes and sticks it onto a wall or object of some kind. Once this is done, Rascar's eye grows back and he can use the removed eye to see through at will.


Name: Flesh Weapon
State: Resurrection
Description: Using his ability to multiply his bodies cells rapidly, Rascar can change his arm into any weapon he chooses. This is not a super fast move, but it doesn't take more than a post to perform. This arm weapon can be anything logically possible. ( Sword, Mace, Whip, Flail)


Name: Flesh Infection
State: Resurrection
Description: When making contact with another object, Rascar can deposit some of his flesh onto the object and force it to multiply quickly. This makes the small deposit grow into a large mound. The post that the flesh is deposited, seemingly nothing happens. On the 2nd post however, the flesh starts to expand quickly and keeps expanding until taken care off. This can be used to spread toxin or just weigh and opponent down.

Description: Using his ability to multiply and manipulate his skin, Rascar can change his physical form in a matter of seconds. This copies everything from clothes to voice, making Rascar an exact image of the chosen person.


Name: Wire Weapon Ripper
State: Both
Description: Wire Weapon Ripper is a technique that Rascar uses to rip the opponent’s weapon into pieces. To use this, Rascar has to grab the target weapon with his left hand. When he grabs the weapon, Rascar sends wires around the weapon. This effectively attaches his hand to the weapon. If the opponent tries to reclaim the weapon, their weapon is pulled from them and into Rascar's hands unless they have more strength then the user. If the opponent’s strength is higher then Rascar’s, the opponent can reclaim their weapon by pulling away from the wires. Rascar can also pull towards himself while connected to the target weapon, creating the same effect.



Name: Wire Retaliation
State: Both
Description: Wire Retaliation is a technique that traps an attacking opponent in wires if they attempt to attack a taunt wire. This is done by loosening the wire to dodge the attack and the strengthening it again, thus wrapping the attack in the wire(s). This is potentially lethal since when an opponent is wrapped in wires, it is easy for Rascar to kill them.


Name: Wire Rip Launch
State: Both
Description: Wire Assault is a potentially lethal technique that takes one post to prepare and one post to use. When this is used, Rascar wraps wires around each of his fingers and prepares to launch them out. This takes Rascar’s whole post and he can’t move or use other techniques while doing this or the preparation will fail and the attack can not be used. When Rascar wants, he can activate the technique and throw the wires out up to 10 feet in front of him and ensnare a target. This is done so quickly the target has no time to react before they’re caught in the wires. With a jerk of his hand, Rascar then pulls the wires back towards him. This slices through whatever is caught like a hot knife through butter, killing them. The target can escape if they have higher dex then Rascar, if the dex is equal it is possible for them to flash step away from it.



Name: Cero Wire Explosion
State: Both
Description: Cero Wire Explosion is a technique that allows Rascar to send an explosive pulse of cero through his wires. This make the wires send a burst of energy through them, hitting anything near them. This can be used on certain sections of the wires or the whole thing. Either way it can only be effective on a 10 feet of wire per use.

Name: Cellular Multiplication
State: Ressurrecion
Description: Due to him being representative of the Man o War, Rascar is able to command her cells to multiply at extremely fast speeds. Once this is activated, this state of fast multiplication lasts 8 posts. During this time, any damage done to Cambria is healed back in one post. Deep wounds take 2 posts. Total limb regeneration, 3 posts. If Rascar so wishes, he can cut off one of his limbs to make a complete clone of himself in 2 posts On the first post, the limb will seem to do nothing, but will really be multiplying at an extremely fast rate and starts to grow a body. On the 2nd post, it completes it's growth and becomes an exact copy of Rascar.



Name: Wire Shackle Trap
State: Both
Description: Wire Shackle Trap is a technique that uses wires to wrap and opponent up in wires. This technique takes a post for Rascar to arrange the wires around his fingers and prepare to strike. During this time Rascar can’t move or he’ll fail to wrap the wires right. When Rascar uses this technique, he shoots the wires from his hands(up to 5ft.)and they go behind and around the opponent. In the same movement, Rascar pulls them back, causing the target to be bound together by the wires. If the target has lower dex, they are trapped. If they have equal dex however, they can flash step away from it.

History:


War Hero? (Human>Hollow):
Rascar was born into poverty on a cold day in December. His father, a skilled blacksmith, refused his existence as much as he could on account of them not sharing blood. Rascar’s mother however, loved and cared for him until he reached the age of 10. It was the dark ages, and war was a very common thing in the world. At the time, Rascar’s hometown and a neighboring town were clashing. Running low on troops, the town had to recruit the young.

Rascar was muscular (due to all of the weapon making he did in his own private workshop) and was an exceptional sword fighter while the children played war. This made him a perfect soldier and he was forcefully drafted into the army. He trained, fought, and killed for 9 years after that until the biggest battle of his life occurred. The enemy ad nearly 1000 soldiers and Rascar’s army was less then 100 in numbers. Dispite Rascar trying to convince his men to stay and fight, they ran as the enemy neared. This left Rascar, alone, guarding an entire fortress. This was the day of his death. When his men returned to the village, they claimed that Rascar attacked them and they had to kill him in self defense. In one fell swoop, Rascar’s life and honor, were stolen.

Avenged Revenge(Hollow>Gillian):
After dieing, Rascar’s soul refused to leave without reaping vengeance on the coward that left him, and the men that killed him. He had become a spiritual monstrosity, a hollow. The first meal Rascar had as a hollow, was his father. Holding a grudge at him during his life wasn’t the only reason Rascar was attracted towards him. It turned out that Andrew the blacksmith, had the power to enchant weapons almost like magic. His spiritual pressure was so high, that Rascar couldn’t resist the urge to devour him. After his father, Rascar moved onto his mother.

Not feeling finished yet, Rascar hunted down his military unit and ate them all when they were in a bar laughing about the ‘foolish’ general Rascar. As he devoured them, Rascar found them less satisfying then he had hoped. Their pressure was far to low to fill him up and Rascar knew he needed to find something stronger to eat. After realizing this, Rascar began to trap and ambush other hollow to aid in him devouring them. After devouring a considerably amount of hollow, Rascar morphed into a Gillian. Using his extreme will and strength, he was able to take control of the Gillian and continue his dark harvest.


Triumphant Roar(Gillian>Adjuchas):
After a relatively short period of being a Gillian, Rascar’s Gillian form was compacted into a smaller man’o’war based adjucha. Being based on a man’o’war, Rascar was granted the ability of regeneration and powerful toxins to defeat other spiritual beings and devour them. With these abilities, Rascar easily feasted on other beings, filling most of his diet with other adjuchas due to their higher pressure.

Slowly, Rascar’s body began to gain humanoid features accompanied with a human personality. One day Rascar found a group of shinigami in the wilderness and saw this as his chance to nab a tasty meal. Sitting in a tree, Rascar waited for them to pass. When they did, they were immediately entangled in mass of tendrils and killed by the toxins that entered their bodies. With a triumphant roar, Rascar ate.


Pursuers(Adjuchas>Arranacar):
After feeding on the shinigami, Rascar’s metamorphasis was nearly complete. All he needed to do now was have his mask removed so he could take on his next form. This was a challenge onto itself, but Rascar had other problems as well. Apparently the shinigami he ate weren’t alone and Rascar was forced to run from a squad of other shinigami. Rascar ran for days, and for days, the shinigami pursued.

When Rascar thought he couldn’t go any farther, he met up with a member of the Obscura Oracion. After explaining everything he had been through and about the persueing shinigami, the member agreed to remove Rascar’s mask. Laughing manically, Rascar turned to face his pursuers. Although they were shocked at first, the shinigami still tried to kill Rascar. It was a long and intense battle, but in the end there was one victor, Rascar the arranacar.

Unauthorized Challenge(Arranacar>Espada)
For months Rascar lived in a small castle he had made himself, still feeding on the occasionally passing hollow or shinigami. He wasn’t exactly feared by other arranacar, but he was respected. He was know as ‘The Claw’ or ‘Toxic Talon’ by most arranacar. No one really knew his name at that point, they named him after his appearance and fighting style. One day one of Rascar’s ‘fans’ was bragging about how he thought that ‘Toxic Talon’ could beat any of the espada. Espada #3 eventually heard of this and became enraged. Immidiatly he went to Toxic Talon’s castle and issued a challenge.

The challenge was random and uncalled for to Rascar, but he knew he would end up fighting even if he declined. With a sigh, he accepted the challenge and went outside where a crowd of arranacar had already gathered to watch the fight. The fight was short due to the espada’s poor choice to dash towards Rascar. This allowed him to quickly ensnare him in a bundle of wire and slice him into dozens of pieces. With the two pieces that were the espada’s head, Rascar approached the other espada and demanded the rank of #3. He was granted his rank and still holds it to this day…

Ok, you already have a character and you have yet to even post anything with that character. I don't see you getting permission for a second one so why are you making another character?



Also, (Not important at all, just have to throw this in there) that first picture you have... is female. Not sure about the second picture, but I KNOW that the first one is a girl. Just wanted you to know if you decide to rp with that picture and say that's a guy. It's not. Being flat-chested doesn't make you any less of a female. (No matter what I've told my ex).

Kenji you're wrong they're pectoral muscles and it is a guy to be blunt there is a bulge clearly visible below his waist so uh...yeah you're wrong

Alright, as much as I may seem to be in denial, that bulge could range from an air bubble to just that particular way it's positioned.

Now the reason why I'm so set about it is because I've actually drawn that picture (Not this actually picture, but one like it and copied it) with the complete mindset of it being female.

And now that I think about it, there have been cases where the anime characters themselves have been confused about people being male or female (Haku), but that is just.... I can't talk about this no more.

Oraganism:
Yeah, I know all about the Man O' War, but just cause' its an awesome ridiculous animal doesn't mean it can be the same for your Release. You're going to need to put some flaw in it, like damage dealt to one 'organism' is felt by the others (which is a common flaw in hive minded creatures anyhow...)

Wire Division:
If the wire separates from the body, whats keeping the cells alive? They cant get the resources from the body, like blood, oxygen, etc. seems like a pretty big problem. You're also going to need a limit on how much wire is made per post.

Toxin:
Zanpakuto designed to counter act poisons or toxics will have to be able to negate the poison, though regular healing abilities won't have to be able to do it.

For the reduction in stats, you're going to need to split those up, like -5 Speed in a post, then -5 Dex in the next post, etc. because all at once its basically screwing them over without any chance of doing something about it.

For example, -5 Speed on the initial effect, and next post -5 Dexterity, and then next post -5 Strength. Then, since you mention -10 stats, just recycle through them, -10 Speed > -10 Dexterity > -10 Strength. Of course, you'll need to push the death post back a bit, or just remove it and replace it with heart failure if their Strength drops below a certain point, partial paralysis if their Dexterity drops to a certain point, and I dunno about Speed...

Wire Tornado:
Remember that certain attacks wouldn't be halted by them, mostly things like fire or a Cero, since you'd only block some of its surface and the rest would come on through.

Wire Ground Assault:
How much wire goes in per use?

Air Slash/Shockwave Twirl:
How far are they moved back?

Aura Wall:
How long can it be held before you run out of reiatsu? And put a cool down between repeated uses.

Cellular Multiplication:

In response to that, I would like to point out that the toxin would taint anything its already in contact with, so things that he's worn, day in and day out, and being constantly exposed to the toxin would undoubtedly have the toxins on them. Theres no need to respond to this, it's simple logic, and as stated in the Release, the whole thing (clothes included) are made from the organisms so it doesn't matter anyways.

You didn't answer my question about how the cells survive once they're separated from the body. They can't get the necessary life 'stuff' like blood, oxygen, etc. to survive when they're away from the main body, so you either need to explain how they live or give them a post limit before they die off.

Weapon Ripper:
You can't destroy their Zan with a tech, you can potentially disarm them, but shredding into little metal bits is problematic...

Wire Rip Launch:
Opponent withs equal or higher Dexterity should be able to anticipate and escape the wires. Equal Dex could use a Flash Step to do it, higher can move out of it.

I did see it, both Aki and myself have Segunda on our applications but they are not presently implemented, hence they are stored there for future reference. He cannot apply for second release if the site doesn't allow it, so its here on the character application, though it cannot be used until Segunda is allowed, at which time, if its appropriate, he may copy it from here and apply.

yeah actually when you approve a character you approve ALL that is in the app which means should his segunda be implemented it's already approved as is so that needs to come out
