Age: 117 but in fact looks only 17

Looks:
Ken has blue eyes and his hair would be jet black. His skin was fair not to pale but not that tan either. Most would say his complexion was fair. He had great skin meaning no break outs of the sort like most did in their teenage years. He was also pretty built with his physique.
Personality: Ken Myaku truly doesn’t like to show that he trains in martial arts. His strength from such harsh conditioning has allowed him to become a top class fighter. He is a man of his word and sticks to what ever he says. Unfortunately sometimes he can say some harsh things he truly doesn’t mean it in the end.
Ken truly likes to help his fellows in spars and train them with their fighting skills. His knowledge of hand to hand combat is greatly renoun throughout the society and truly he only wishes to help train those who dont think of fighting as a blood sport. He truly believes one can express themselves through fighting. He likes to say that he can tell a person who they really are by how they fight.
He truly hasn't been much to make huge conversation but he is still all around friendly. The way he feels about show offs is completely different. he truly despises people like that. Try to keep away from that to stay on his good side.
He had a rough childhood being picked on for not being fit. In fact he was over weight as a middle school child. Not holding any more spite toward the ones who use to pick on him he learned to control his body and use it to be one of the deadliest weapons known to man. He was also very gullable when it comes to the females.

Zanpakuto Description: The sword resembles one of an ancient samurai warrior. This blads length is exceptionally longer then most and is very light in weight. The blade is also easy to handle and is durable.
Released Zanpakuto Description: Ken’s zanpukto has a power which it allows itself to be swung and cause harsh gusts of wind. Ken would control the currents of the wind and make them be able to seem like blades cutting through meat like a butcher. His blade grows a bit longer. The blade also has one other effect. If engaged with another zanpukto Ken has the power to defend himself by making the blade tranform into an armored suit. Unlike other zanpukto this allows Ken to be pretty well defensive against harsh strikes and such. His power of being able to also manipulate the wind allows it be used in combonation with his wind attacks to make a deadly combonation.
The way Ken usually uses the armor suit is to fight with his well trained hand to hand combat skills. His martial arts backround truly does help when dealing with his other powers. The blade can then be retracted by a sheathe for it on the back of the suit of armor. The blade doesn’t disappear but in fact just get a bit longer.
The armor adds not only strength but a greater capacity of controlling the currents of the wind for ken.

Description: Wind scar is a technique which Ken likes to use to attack from a range. The slash allows Ken to basically send a motion of wind which starts out as thin as Ken’s blade but gradually increases picking up wind as it goes allowing it to get bigger and become harder to evade. This technique has been with Ken for some time now as he’s trained it throughout his time as a shinigami. (A large slicing wind will then be created which can cut through his opponent.)

This Kido is used to scare away enemies as well as cause some massive damage. The wind speed get to such a velocity it has the power to move just about anything.

This move is normally used when an enemy catches him off guard and he needs to protect himself. Ken uses this to also torture his opponents if necessary.

History and RP Sample
History: Ken truly liked to gamble and make money. He felt that he'd do things in an easier way for himself. He knew he was strong so he kept up in underground street fights to make a quick buck. Ken usually trained and spent most of his time at the gym. He was truly fond of mixed martial arts and truly liked experimenting with different styles.
He would hang out with friends but they were all apart of a bad crowd. Each person had their own bad turnouts from felons to gang members. but to him they were his friends. The only people they trusted were each other at their young ages and things got rough at times and they bailed each other out. Truly this was how Ken learned to become so friendly.
Ken had found himself in an intense fight from his profession of mixed martial arts. He was up against a chinese man who was very well renoun for his style. It had occurred to ken that this being an underground fight anything could happen. He was having some money problems and decided to take the easy way of earning.
Ken had ultimately knocked out his opponent. The brawl was fierce and both combatant were seriously injured. Unfortunately this was the day Ken met his fate. The man was involved with gang. They cornered Ken after the fight and shot him down. This is where Ken found his way into the soul society. He was introduced to the shinigami academy. Here is where he met his soul. Fuuijin the God of Wind.
The trials for Ken were hard and severe. He truly almost thought near impossible to perform such feats. As the days continued and the years went by ken truly adapted to his soul and zanpukto. Learning its name Fuusajin and its capabilites truly allowed Ken to get more powerful.
After his academy years ken found himself among the gotei 13.He truly was inducted to be apart of the 7th division. He climbed the ranks facing many opponents along the way. He is known to be a great fighter and have a special zanpukto. Ken truly put his skills to the test every day he could.
Many have come to ken looking for ways to improve their skills with the blade as well as hand to hand combat. He then became a friend of the captain of the 7th division. Having this tie he was able to move up the ranks allowing himself to prove his worth to their division.
After many trials and the battles he had faced ken was promoted to become the Lieutenant of the division. He knew that his role would be a great one and he would remaion loyal to his mates. He knew that they would be together for a while now and best have a team that functions then one that will disband.
RP Sample: The day was foggy and the wind would begin to pick up as rain would start to fall. Ken found himself facing off against a few hollows. They were nothing serious as ken had much experience fighting these lesser ones by now. He would pull his blade form his sheathe and ready to strike. As they would charge at Ken he would swiftly just position his blade having them each run into their own deaths.
Ken would smile and laugh at the fact that these hollows were so easy. All of a sudden a huge hollow would appear from deep within the fog. Ken knew he had to act quick. He would begin to dash toward the opponent. He jumped in the air and released a blast of wind pummeling the beast. Ken then would quickly end its life by impaling it while on the ground.
He then would retrieve his blade from the beast. He put it back in its sheathe and prepared to take off. He ventured toward a cave where he truly just needed to take a break. The days were getting to him and the worries of being Vice Captain truly weren't making anything easier on him.
The day ways almost over as the rain finally came to a hault and the fog still lie about keeping him hidden from sight. the cave wasn't to dirty in fact it had many formations in it for Ken to rest on. Nothing was pointy but flat edged as if man made. He would lay down and recollect himself for the time being. He truly didn't feel the need to work out like he noramally always does but instead to just let the quiet sit and allow him time to process his thoughts for now.

1.) I believe 80 is a bit much for Lieutenant level. At most 75 or below, number of Kido.
2.) Give me a number for Wind Scar.
3.) More on RP-Sample, you're going for Lieutenant afterall.
4.) More on personality, be more descriptive please.
5.) For your Age, you need to inform how old you look physically, and how old you actually are. Being 17, is way too young for a Lieutenant in Soul-Years, by 17, you could possibly mean how you PHSYICALLY look, and if so, please inform us that.
6.) Also, NOTE you're supposed to be dead. Not alive. Shinigami are Soul-Reapers, not Human beings. :|

2.) You need to edit your History. Remember, aren't a member of the 13 Divisions unless you've died, and gone to the Shinigami Academy, to learn how to use your Zanpakuto which comes to you as a Soul, from your soul. Only then can you work your way up, becoming a Lieutenant of the Gotei 13. So, you need to completely change your bio, stating you had died at one point, and ended up in Soul Society, thus moving forward into the Shinigami Academy, ect...

Alright, everything seems good, except, i'd probably add more to your biography.
You've added the part where you became a Shinigami and how you died, that is good, but, why not inform us what your life was like before the tragoc fight which led to your death? :|
Once that is done, i'll most likely approve this application.
Oh, and just to be sure, do you know how an incantation works?
