Looks:Hodaka is 6'1", built like a boxer, with broad shoulders, and a thick neck, powerful arms and thick legs, and he is in good condition. His skin is smooth, almost marble like and brown with a redish undertone, giving him a carmel color. Even though he has had many battles, he has only a single scar underneath his chin. His eyes are sharp gray, and his hair is cut short and besides a thin goatee, his face is clean shaven. He wears the typical Shingami attire with a sleveless captains jacket over it. His ever present black shirasaya is always in his right hand.


Personality: In battle Hodaka is highly analytical and observant, taking in all the information he can so that in the pivotal times, he can have the upper hand in the battle. He rarely uses a high amount of energy pursuing the enemy, choosing to instead let the opponent move around and make mistakes, and when the mistake is made, Hodaka attacks the opening with deadly purpose. He acts as a master chess player, his mind constantly working, adjusting to the situation and making choices to bring about the final outcome, which is the enemies death. He is quick, precise, unmerciful, and deadly. Now for most people, their personalties change off the battle field, but that is not the case for Hodaka. He believes that battle is truth in its highest form, and he thirst for truth in all he does so he approaches life like battle, he rarely speaks unless there is cause for it, and never anymore.He has a warmness to him, but it is only reveled to the people that know him, otherwise, he has a rather icy demeanor to him, that is rather business like. He commits to things even though he might not want to, he does it out of duty.

Zanpakuto Information

Zanpakuto Name: Zenki

Zanpakuto Looks: Zenki is a black laquered Shirasaya of 38", and a brilliantly sharp blade composed of steel.
(The Shirasaya, which means “White Scabbard” in Japanese, is a style of sword that features a minimalist theme with regards to the way the grip and scabbard is designed. A traditional shirasaya features a smooth grip with no fancy fittings, in hardly any fittings at all, save for the bamboo pin(s) used to secure the blade in the grip. No guard either. The scabbard is usually equally plain, though they sometimes have information about the sword written on them.)


Zanpakuto Description: Tailor made for the type of swordsmanship that Hodaka uses, which is Iaido.
(Iaido is the art of drawing the sword, engaging in sudden attack, and resolving the situation as the sword is returned to its sheath. Historically, warriors in everyday life had to be prepared to face an attack at any time: in a narrow hallway, from behind, from an acquaintance sitting next to him feigning friendship, or by multiple parties. Each of the forms is a response to the different situations. Iaido harnessed the ability to be ready for everything while at peace. Unlike Kendo, Iaido begins from the seated position. The mental training comes in being able to detecting and respond to aggression, and ultimately, returning to the tranquil state. The discipline required to maintain the aesthetic of such a form is indicative of the ability of an individual to focus.)


Released Zanpakuto Description: Zenki's basic ability while released is the abillity to make it rain ashes from the skies, for every gram of ash that touches an organic life form, that lifeforms body tempeture doubles. This attack is almost never used due to the fact that its hard to control who it does and does not touch.
