the only way to gain More stat point is to have a have a seat requested fight. This means If you are 3rd Seat and you wish to move up to the liuteant seat, than you will have to make a formal request in the Captain's Office. They have the right to agree to it or disapprove of it. If you can prove that you are a better rper than someone in your divison but you captain will not allow you to set up the fight, well to bad. All seat changes will follow under the Chain of command. You have to get approval from you Captain/Leader, and they will let the staff know about the turn out of the fight, then you will be granted the permission to up your stats. Also if you lose in a seat fight, you must lower you stats to your new respected rank. with this said seat fight will be offically opened as a Topic On September 1,2009.

ALL STAT POINT CHANGE MUST BE PERMITTED BY AN ADMINISTRATOR. IF THIS RULE IS FOUND TO BE IGNORED, ONE CHANCE WILL BE GIVEN. AFTER THE SECOND OFFENSE, AND THIS APPLIES TO THE USER AS A WHOLE, THE CHARACTER THAT GETS CAUGHT THE SECOND TIME WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND THE USER CANNOT REDO IT; A WHOLE NEW CHARACTER MUST BE PRODUCED. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Releases that add points are as follows

Espada resurrecion is plus twenty Segunda adds 15 to your additional twenty making it 35 total

with Shinigami your shikai is +10 bankai +20 and Kyuu +15 this means with bankai your stats may be maxed at +45 total

With Vaizard Shikai is +10 Bankai +15 Mask +10 for a max of +35 Resurreccion allows +10 extra for a max total of +45
