Description: Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.

Description: The owner of the light based zanpaktou runs her reiatsu through the blade and has it absorb all the light within a 50 meter circle around the sword. This makes that area completely dark and sight is impossible. Only people with advanced reiatsu sensing abilities can fight in this area, and even then they cannot do so effectively.

Description: The user bends light in all different directions making images of themself appear all around the opponent. All these images appear exactly the same as the original user and cannot be differentiated. They also all move and do the exact same thing. None of them move independently. None of them possess solidity and any attacks that hit the images will just phase through without injuring any of them.

Description: The user of this technique must be completely in tune with their zanpaktou to perform this technique. They then summon the spirit of the zanpaktou into their own mind and merge with it temporarily. When this is done, the user becomes a being of pure light and as such cannot be hit with anything physical. She may move at almost the speed of light and phase through solid objects. This technique is straining on the mind and takes a second to completely seperate from the spirit of the zanpaktou, making attacking while in this form completely impossible.

Hikari was born to a poorish family in acient japan. Marrages were often arranged and young beautiful women like her were often auctioned off to the richest man that wanted to wed with the young women. Hikari was no different. She wanted to live her life like any other person, but her decision was made for her. She was taken by a very old man that had a fetish for young girls. Hikari was ripped from her love in her home town and shipped off to a bigger city with the old man. Her family was paid a handsome dowry, but Hikari wondered if it was really worth the loss of their only daughter. Apparently it was because Hikari was gone and would never see any of the people in her home village again.

As they rode to the city in the rocking carrige, the old man was smiling with his yellow teeth. He was ready to make Hikari his, and there was nothing she could do about it. She sat in the carrige and tried not to make eye contact with the nasty man that was now her husband. He couldnt seem to take his eyes off of Hikari's body and he was almost drooling with excitement. Hikari was discusted and inched her way as far away from him as she could get in the cramped space. The rest of the journey continued as such and it went very slowly for both of the people in the carrige.

When they finally got to where Hikari would be spending the rest of her short life, the man immedeatly grabbed her and took her to his room. Hikari spent months married to the man as an object of his desire and addiction. She was miserable and constantly plotted to end her own existance. She finally had enough. One day, when he was using her like he always did, she took a knife from a nearby table and ended the old man's life. She was finally free of him and she took her leave. Magistrates tried to hunt her down, but she moved quickly from place to place before settling in another big city known for harboring criminals.

There she settled down and became happy, working at a physically laborous job. She just completely shut down her memories of her life. A few years later, while on break from her occupation, Hikari saw a strange looking creature flying in the sky. She had seen things sort of similar out of the corner of her eye, but more recently she had been seeing them more often and they wailed so loud she put her hands to her ears in pain. This creature made its way to the ground and Hikari got a really good look at it. It was completely monsterous. She couldnt believe anything like that could ever exist. Instantly she bolted for the nearest house and the monster followed her. People looked at her like she was insane until the house she just ran into exploded into rubble without being hit by anything they could see.

Hikari continued from street to street before getting out of the city. Once outside she saw someone she never thought she would see again. Her love from her home village. She instantly broke out into tears and covered her body with her hands. She was defiled and her old love wouldnt want her anymore even if he remembered her. He started toward her, but the monster appeared out of nowhere and was about to eat the man. Hikari jumped up and tackled him to the side before his cart exploded behind him. He was completely bewildered and stuned. Before he could even regain his composure, Hikari took a swipe from the monsters claws in the side. It gashed a lung and Hikari knew it was a fatal wound immideatly.

She looked at the monster and the man who was staring blankly at her. She smiled at having been able to protect him at least once. Out of the corner of her eye she saw the monster disintegrate and a man in a long black robe walk over to her. He looked sorry for her and slightly surprised that she could see him. He walked over to her and whispered in her ear. " Your energy is very impressive for a human. Il see you on the other side." Hikari was confused, but didnt really have time to care. She was bleeding profusely and the darkness intruded into her vision. When she regained her vision, she was standing over her dead body and the man in the black robe was staring at her new body. He took his sword handle and placed it on her head and smiled as she started to glow and fade away. For some reason, Hikari felt mildly happy and faded into nothing with a slight smile.

After her death, Hikari was transported to a new place that she had never seen before. She was in a large city with alot of people. She ran around the city and noticed her shoddy clothes. She saw a beautiful Kimono in a shop and went up to it. Immideatly the shop owner saw her as a theif and stepped in front of the robe and shoo'd her away from his shop. Hikari wondered why people in this new place were all just as mean and terrible as the people back in the other world she lived in. Hikari wandered around for two days before collapsing at the gates of seireitei. The guards started to drag her away before the same man that Hikari saw back when she was killed. He walked over to her and picked her up onto his back. Smiling back at her he carried her into seireitei. The guards seemed to be against this, but the man waved them off and he continued inside.

When Hikari woke up, she was in a building somwhere in seireitei. The man walked in with a large plate of food. He smiled and put the plate in front of Hikari. " Here... Eat up. You have very gifted spiritual energy and people that have spiritual energy must eat. All those other souls out there dont need food, but because of your power you do. Now eat and i will explain everything." Hikari listened as he explained that he was a vice captain in the gotei 13 and how the entire soul society worked. He told her about her own power and how he had already taken the liberty to sign her up to the academy for shinigami such as himself. Hikari was happy to finally be somwhere decent that actualy wanted her.

She entered the academy and was soon promoted to the advanced class. Even there, she excelled with her powerful spirit pressure and ability to completely mask it when she needed to. Due to her capabilities, as soon as she graduated from the academy, she was taken into the second squad and went through another academy so to speak. The training was harsh, but Hikari made it through with the help of her only real friend, who had now become a captain. Hikari trained hard with him and awakened her shikai, which had all the 2nd squad members drooling. Her powers were absolutely perfect for the assassinations that the squad would have her doing.

Almost as if the world had it out for her, Hikari's happiness wouldnt last. The man that Hikari had actualy fallen in love with but never confessed to was asked to be on squad zero with the king. He took the job and only told Hikari one day before he left. Hikari cried when he left and vowed never to let another person hurt her. Instead of forming relationships with other shinigami, she became closest friends with her zanpaktou. He didnt help the situation because he treated Hikari like his princess and told her they werent good enough to be her friends. Hikari never really bought into arrogance like that, but she kept her vow and never got too close to anyone again.

After a while, Hikari's powers developed even further, and she was alowed to take her place as vice captain of the second squad. She keeps the special forces organised and trains the new members in assassination. That is where she is today. Vice Captain of the second division.

Aika was just having a normal day. She was running and jumping around doing flips and laughing like she always does. Her fraccion (havent decided the name yet) was close behind her if she needed him. Aika ran through las noches to find somone to play with, but all the other espada were nowhere to be found. Even Efiel was missing. Aika wanted to blast him with a bala, like she always did. This always got her a good laugh, but she couldnt seem to find anyone in las noches. They must all be having a meeting somwhere or somthing... They should have at least told me about it. She thought quietly. Aika was always a part of the major meetings, but if the leader wanted to have them just report quickly Aika wasnt informed. She tended to play around too much and cause the meeting to go on much longer than it was originally intended. Of course Jikoku Toukai, the leader of all the espada, would come and ask for her report personally later. But during these meetings, Aika didnt really have much to do.

She stopped running and decided to walk on top of the wall surrounding las noches. After nimbly hopping up to the top she started her little patrol. She walked for a few minutes but didnt really see anything but white desert with an occasional small hollow scurrying about. However, when she turned the corner of the wall, she saw a gillean hollow walking away from a large dead hollow. One of the giant worm like hollow that guarded las noches had been defeated by this small tiger-like hollow. Of course this might be slighty against the rules, but Aika was bored so she went to check it out.

"Whatcha' doin'?" She said in a curious tone as she landed behind the hollow. He didnt answer but immedeatly slashed his large claws at Aika. She saw the attack quickly and took 1 quick step back, dodging the attack completely. " Thats not nice, attacking people that just wanna see what your up to..." Aika watched the hollow and waited for him to stop thinking and maybe answer her or continue his assault. After a few seconds of waiting. He jumped into the air and started charging a normal red cero. Aika was tired of watching him attempt to hurt her so she just stood there. The hollow blasted the cero directly at Aika and it hit Aika's outstretched hand. She slowly closed the hand and the cero dissapeared leaving only very slight scuffs on the palm of her hand. After seeing this display the hollow decided it was time to run away from this fight because he stood no chance. He darted in the other direction and tried to sprint away. Aika used her sonido and stuck her leg out under his right as he stepped into it. He landed face first into the white desert and did a couple flips before grinding to a halt. He tried to get up but Aika was standing over him, and he decided to stay down where he was. Aika stood over him and looked at him sadly. " Im really sorry about this, but onee-sama will find out that you were trying to get into las noches, and he would send somone after you. Someone who wouldnt be as merciful or end this as quickly as i would. You wont really know, but im just doing you a favor." Aika raised her hand to his head and red electricity developed around her hand and a quick bala shot into the back of the tiger-like hollow's head. She watched him slowly dissapear into nothingness and turned back to las noches. Going to deliver her report as well.
