Haruzo Mishuki has medium length, long black hair that is curly towards the end. His cheekbones show boldly from his face and his jaw/chin line is very squared and bold which has a sort of Go-T on it. This shows power in a man and experience. His neck his large, yet not to large and not to thin. His torso is muscular and slim as well as his arms, legs and thighs. He is a very tall man, around 6'3. He weighs about 170 lb. His eyes are in the shapes of almonds it seems and they are a dark, heavenly greenish color. His lips are thin, and dark, like someone carved them in his tinted face perfectly. His face shows no innocence, nor does it weakness. It shows power, might, pride, experience and finally it shows love. Love for those he wills to protect and love for killing those he despises and are his enemies. He wears the normal shinigami clothing/kimono/samurai robe. Instead of straw sandals, he wears Geta Sandals. They are made of wood and are basically wood sole, round at the edges with two wooden block under them. These shoes are very strong in material and very, very hard to break. He also carries Okinawa on his right side.

Personality: Haruzo is a very intelligent and handsome shinigami. Being a man of 3,000 years old, you would think he would be an intelligent man; which he is. He is a very calm, and yet serious man. Yet, when around friends he laughs and is a very easy-going type person. I guess you could say he is the kind of person that only feels this way around his friends and when around enemies and in serious situations, he acts like a rock. Basically, he is a calm, serious, kind, and easy-going person. Haruzo does not like show offs or stuck-up beings period. If he sees you do something wrong or acting stupid, he will point it out quickly. When you in a situation when you need help, Haruzo will help. Sometimes if you close to Haruzo, he would even sacrifice his own life to save yours. He can be very different, yet he takes his job seriously. This is the personality of Haruzo Mishuki.

Zanpakuto Name: Okinawa

Zanpakuto Looks:

Zanpakuto Description: Okinawa is a very beautiful sword much like its wielder, Haruzo Mishuki. Its handle is very unique in the eyes of a person. Its white underneath, a very bright white and around it is a red satin-like cloth that makes the white underneath this cloth appear like diamond running down the handle on the side. The hilt is made of solid metal and has small squares running on the sides. Above the hilt is a metal piece that wraps around the base of the blade and shows waves and behind it the sun rising above the waves. The blade itself is very sharp and heavy, but not really heavy for Haruzo to carry. On it, Japanese has been in graved into it. The sheath covers the blade part of Okinawa but has a cut to show the Japanese on the sword with the sheath on. It has no abilities until its released.


Released Zanpakuto Description: Okinawa like all zanpaktou has a unique ability when its released. Okinawa has the ability to manipulate lightning. The whole blade when released turns into solid electricity and can pierce through objects, even kidou up to level 40. The blade can extend about 50 feet and can create many other forms. Cannot pierce Zanpaktous (as in breaking them)

Released Zanpakuto Looks: Okinawa really does not change in appearance except that the blade turns into solid and manipulated electricity.

Zanpakuto Spirit:
He really does not do anything except he is the spirit of Haruzo's Zanpaktou. He only will listen to Haruzo though. The spirit is a young, wise man that holds some conversation with Haruzo. The only real ability the two have with each other is that they can talk through telepathy.

Bankai Information

Bankai Description: When Haruzo uses his bankai, he obtains Samurai armor that surrounds his whole body. This armor though is very light weight but very defensive. This metal armor allows him to manipulate lightning/electricity around his whole body, from his blade and from anywhere around him, and he can shoot/manipulate it at or to anything. Okinawa again does not change looks and the blade is solid and manipulated electricity and instead of being able to extend 50 feet, it can extend 150 feet. It can also take many forms as well. The lightning is able to cut and pierce anything. This Bankai can last up to 7 posts and needs 9 posts to recharge. Can block/pierce kidou level 75. Cannot pierce zanpaktous. (as in breaking them)

Bankai Looks: Okinawa really does not change in appearance except that the blade turns into solid and manipulated electricity.

Alterations:
Obtains red samurai armor that allows him to manipulate and draw electricity/lightning around him and from his blade.

Description: Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.

Description: A much stronger version of the original "Necito" the shinigami of this kidou will quickly gather spiritual energy into their palm at a fast rate and then it will begin to slowly rotate in that palm and then pick up speed and from there the shinigami can either throw it as a disk which when it makes contact it will cause a large explosion, or they can send it out as a large spinning blast such as Necito but with greater power and with a spin.

Description: Another version of Necito, the shinigami will cut their palm and using the blood from their hand, the shinigami will use their blood as an offer to use this version of Necito. This is much like the original but much more powerful. (Captains and Lieutenants can only use this)

Description: This Kidou will take the form of a pure blast of spiritual energy. There are other versions this being the original and weakest form. The user will say the incantation and then hold their palm out facing the target and shot a powerful blast of spiritual energy at the target. The color of it is either blue or black. This is almost like the hollow's technique cero, but only Shinigami can use this. This is only avaliable to shinigami. This technique was created to help shinigami fight arrancars and hollows with a bit more edge.

History and RP Sample

History: Haruzo Mishuki was born four hundred years ago to a merchant who dealt in only the highest class of goods and therefore catered to mostly the high nobles. His father started as a low shopkeeper who was forced to become a fairly good swordsman out of pure necessity. Eventually he got married and started catering to the higher echelon of Soul Society. Haruzo was very lucky to be born in District 3 of North Rukongai. Haruzo's mom died of complications during birth and as such many of the children around him during his growing up days made fun of him. Before they moved to the lower numbered districts of Rukongai he was taught swordsmanship, both as a necessity and as training for the hope he would become Shinigami. From the age of 50 he got into fights with others around the districts. When he turned 75 he was attacked by some thugs and before he could fought them off with his skills; with a blade one of them caught him in the left cheek with a knife and opened him from nose to throat which never healed right leaving him with the scar he has now. He had very few friends growing up due to his dad thinking most kids were urchins and his training he had no time. Although his mother had died during childbirth as a consequence of at that time still in a high numbered district of Rukongai, his family was one of the most wealthy families in all of Rukongai ranking among the five great noble families in terms of wealth. He was trained by his father in the basic sword arts hoping that he would be chosen as a shinigami. They were not led astray. He was chosen at the age of one hundred twenty to be a shinigami and taken to the academy. At the Academy he was one of the highest in his class his skills with a sword on sparring with many of the best in his class. His kidou skills left plenty to be desired but he was still one of the top students due to his high skills with a blade. His teachers held him in such high esteem for his swordsmanship that he was placed in an advanced Shunpo class. When he was given his Zanpakutou everyone was amazed at its raw beauty in form and grace. When he graduated at age one hundred and twenty years old he was immediately picked up by the 4th division because of his excellent skills with a blade and also his intelligence. When he entered the 4th division he was placed on the bottom as all newbies are and expected to do whatever he was told. Being the serious one he didn't like it that much and soon was pushed back. He began training night and day when he wasn't on duty and sometimes when he was. He quickly progressed from that point until at age two hundred he was the fifteenth seat of the 4th Division. By age three hundred he had moved up to 10th seat. He actually went from unseated to 15th in one day. He had served under the 18th seat for a while before deciding to move up. Not wanting to unseat his former commander he challenged the 17th seat then the 16th then the 15th in quick succession who upon being defeated so easily by a former unknown were demoted to grunt and a new person appointed to their former seat in their place. Approximately 90 years later he challenged up to the 10th seat.
Unfortunately at this time he was chosen to lead a group of inexperienced shinigami in his squad in a patrol of an unusually high concentration of hollows. They had been patrolling for several hours without a single sighting of a hollow when they decided it was about time to go back to Soul Society. As Haruzo was turning to leave the white desert, they were attacked by several Huge Hollows. Haruzo was hit in the back by a hollow and taken temporarily out of commission. When he came too the hollows were feasting on his comrades and he felt rage explode within him. His reiatsu skyrocketed and the hollows turned toward the reiatsu wave he was sending out. He exploded into action before they could make some stupid comment and slaughtered all but one. That one was coughing up its own version of blood when it said "They tasted oh so good." Apparently this was not the right thing to say because Hizoruki slowly tortured it until it dissipated and died purely from the pain. His fight had attracted 12th Division's attention who alerted 11th division who sent their captain and and a seat member to see what had happened. He turned smirked at them and passed out suddenly. For the next hundred and fifty years he trained hard and long unlocking his shikai and then mastering its fighting style as well. Over the years many challenged him and he swatted them down with the skill he had before his training to keep it nice and secret. He wanted to be worthy of the new found respect his Division-mates had bestowed upon him with his nickname. So he decided to target the 4th seats spot as the current one was unworthy of that honor being the lazy swine he was. This leads up to ten years ago with him beating the former fourth seat of the division. He then obtained Vice-Captain leadership of 4th Division, and he began to get a reputation. he had beaten the previous vice captaion and through that, he became vice captain of Division 4. If you were way over your head on the battlefield he would step in and save your butt. If you were depressed he would take you out for a drink to cheer you up with a couple of the guys. He became known as the nicest vice captain in the entire 4th division and as such his squad swelled due to transfers to rival the other two largest Divisions. He later on revealed his bankai to everyone in his division. He had soon started to train to be able to master his bankai. He now is at the highest he can achieve, that is until he hopefully someday becomes Captain of 4th Divison. He was 1500 years old when he became Vice Captain and today is 2000 years old.

RP Sample: Don nodded, looking him in the face and taking what he was saying into his mind. He agreed, yes she had been happy. But then everything came crashing down. And there was no way Sky could ever feel okay with what happened. It breaks his heart just to think of it. "I... I used to be happy. You're right. But it... It just all fell apart, and I cant manage to be happy anymore. There's nothing left for me to like in life," he said quietly, looking back at his coffee. "Its okay, I guess... I'm just not used to human contact anymore. Most people ignore me," he mumbled. He shook some of the hair out of his face and did an awkward half smile thing to him. It wasn't a real smile, but it was clear he was trying to be reassuring.
he crossed his legs under the table and pulled her lighter out of his pocket again. He practiced flipping it open with one hand on top of the table. It was one thing he had never managed to master. Skylar took another sip of his coffee looking bored at the lighter in his hand. He looked up and just glared. "I am just going to leave." he got up out of the chair and then pushed it in. "It was nice getting to talk. ." he started to walk away and then turned the corner and was gone. The night seemed to swallow him up as he walked away. The moon's light lingered in the city streets as it shined down on Karakura town. Hollows would soon fill the air space and terrorize the living.

Bankai cannot pierce anything, as that would be able to destroy Zanpaktou themselves. Also that will need a kido blockage level, probably around 75-80.
